False advertisement\n\nI have now sent a mail to the support mail, and is awaiting reply, still no respond 24/11/2020\n1/12/2020\nStill hasen’t heard from their support, but it dosen’t come as a shock. Scam company, do not buy coins from them\n\n11/12/2020\nI still haven\u0027t gotten any help from their support\ncompany scamming people with false advertisement

No Ban Guarantee - Account Banned

I have used Futcoin a couple of times. First without an issue but second time my account was banned. \n\nFutcoins ‘No Ban Guarantee’ is obviously flawed and my account was left with various logins from different countries which added to the suspicion from EA. \n\nFutcoin should really not be marketing themselves as a no ban service and there is nothing support can do.

Account banned! Followed their process and account has now been banned. Happened on FIFA 20, thought I would try them again with FIFA 21 and the same thing happened. Don’t do it!

I put one of the review below. I have bought 3000k coins. Got transferred banned. \nThe CM put a comment on my review last week saying to contact support with evidences. I sent it right away but Still no response. I’m keeping on to put a review everyday until I get a response.

Terrible. Emailed someone named Michael from their team , I was ignored . I emailed support I was ignored. So they will tell you we don’t ignore but I’m not the only one saying these things. I feel betrayed. I didn’t $200 on coins I used the coins right away. About a week later I got warning from EA saying that I was involved in coin distribution / sending receiving . don’t tell me to spend the entire coins n when I do I get a warning and my coins that I earned through rivals , squad battles , weekend league all taken away. \n\nMy question is what can your team do for me now. I’ve been shopping with you n you don’t even care now that you got the money.
