Never received my order and no refund why even offer untracked as a cheaper option. I\u0027ve made overseas orders before untracked and always recieved my order or it was replaced. They made no efforts to do anything just saying to bad and that I was \u0022warned\u0022. That\u0027s not good customer service

With all RESPECT! ! ! Harp not adjusted well arrived today, Tongue HITS the frame, is not evenly adjusted to the middle. ( I bought the same harp earlier from eBay that sounds perfect and tongue is in the middle. Does not hit the frame when played. That\u0027s why I ordered one harp and two cases from you.) Also the cases you sent me are NOT the cases I ordered, one came with Eagle figure and other with NO figure, check my order and you can see what I ordered. . . I CANNOT RECOMMEND your OBERTON PRO store if you CANNOT SEND what customers order. Can you correct this?\n\nMy earlier * Review that you replied already to:\nHarp nor the cases have arrived, it\u0027s been a month already. . . still waiting. . .

The PP 27 HARP has wider gapes than exspected on reed that shouldn\u0027t have and has sharp edges on end of loop towards going to the armicher..nothing a file couldn\u0027t fix..but I won\u0027t let that deter me from buying a more expensive better harp in future...

I order a vargan jew s harp because it has been well recomended on a youtube video, but i \u0027m very disapointed it doesn \u0027t sound the same at all.. Same for the\u0022 dan moi\u0022 i have a cheaper one that sounds better than the New one..

The service is perfect! \nThe product: my instrument got rusty after the first playing. I played like 5 min and left it, a few hours later it had rust on it.
