Нереально быстрая доставка до Германии нидерландской почтой и из моего опыта Обертон единственные кто так доставляет (хотя остальные тоже сидят в Москве). Ещё бы ассортимент якутских инструментов как у других и вообще было бы идеально. Но в любом случае варганов брал я уже не мало и сервис у вас пока лучший!

Everything was just great. At the beginning I was hesitant because it was my first time ordering harp, cause I knew nothing about them. But the description of the site about harps is exactly what the harp is wich is very important and helpful. If I can play it as I want too, it would be very soon to make another purchase.

Never received my order and no refund…

Never received my order and no refund why even offer untracked as a cheaper option. I\u0027ve made overseas orders before untracked and always recieved my order or it was replaced. They made no efforts to do anything just saying to bad and that I was \u0022warned\u0022. That\u0027s not good customer service

I got the Kara-Tash vargan. It\u0027s definitely worth its small price of about 20 euros. Great sound and neatly finished. It looks sturdy and built to last. The tracking option for international shipping did not work in my case, but it got here eventually and I can definitely recommend it.
