Good day! I have -(after a long await, and obviously due to Covid-19 postal delays, and paying postal from Germany to South Africa, and again from customs to me, a considerable extra amount of money - an added ZAR3000,00) finally received a very well made and what i would regard as a top quality device. Now the long journey starts towards the correction of my sons’s PE. I hope to add positive and successful results during the course of this treatment.

Excellent product, transaction and interaction with Pectus Healing.\n\nThe medical grade silicone construction of the vacuum bell I received was even better then I hoped for. Is able to hold a solid vacuum at low or high suction levels. Pectus Healing’s custom fitting for me was spot on as well and results are slowly coming about. Great product, great company.

Great people! Their Reddit account is very responsive if you have any questions for them. I ordered the wrong size initially so I returned it and they sent me another size hassle free. The new size fits perfect. The vacuum bells themselves are very high quality. The material is super soft on the skin and I had no problem getting a good seal. I would definitely recommend! Thank you guys!

Vacuum bell is really good and works

Vacuum bell is amazing, the edges and outside are so soft and leave no marks unlike other vacuum bells I have tried, the vacuum bell also really significantly raises my sternum and I am noticing it stays risen for longer and longer after each time. I would Definitely recommend Pectus Healing to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum bell as you really get your moneys worth and it really does work. The suction is really good although I did notice that the pump piece they use and give you leaks air and is a reason for having to keep repumping the vacuum bell. I replaced it with a pump from a different vacuum bell and it barely loses suction. So I would recommenced Pectus Healing change they black pump piece that provide to a better one so the vacuum bell doesn’t lose suction so quickly.

Good quality, does what it must do.

It took while to arrive, but I guess that\u0027s due to the Corona situation. The bell is of good quality and works perfect.

PLEASE DONT BUY HERE!!! They are nothing but disrespectful and lie to you in order for you to buy their product so they can get your money. They will tell you anything you want to hear so you can buy from them. They treat you extremely badly and never respond when it comes to refund. I have worked in the customer service industry over 10 years and never have I ever seen such terrible customer service and such disrespect. Please save yourselves some time and go find a place to help that actually cares about the outcome and cares to help you because believe this company just wants your money, they don’t care what happens after that.

Hi, my name is Andi Yehuda and i live in Indonesia. In 1 Aug-20 i order my vacuum bell at pectushealing.com, at 19 Aug-20 my order has been shipped from Russia and then at 11 Sep-20 the vacuum bell has arrived. The slow delivery process due covid-19 pandemic is understandable. The things that i loved is the customer services always replied my email within 1x24 hour everytime i asked them and the vacuum bell quality is very good too. So yeah, this isn\u0027t a scam site, but legit site that offer you a very good services and vacuum bell quality.

I have to say.....it took quite a bit of time to get the Vacuum Bell to the states because of Covid but the customer service was exceptional! Whenever I asked a question or for an update, they responded with a thorough explanation and update. As far as the product, my son could not be more pleased. We are seeing a difference in his very severe concave chest in just a week. He has been struggling for years not wanting to go to the pool or take off his shirt. Now he has hope and sees an improvement that he never thought he would see. The vacuum bell is made with quality materials. You can tell by the touch and feel. I can’t thank you enough! My son is happy and that is all I need to say. It means more than the world to finally see a smile on his face. Thank you so much! Use this product! It works!
