They do not provide invoices and are rude. Some months ago I got one agent to issue invoices that we need to use as a company expense.\n\nSince they do not send, nor offer a list of purchases or download links to invoices, I have to send an email to them every time and argue about getting an invoice that they HAVE TO OFFER. What kind of business is that?\n\nTheir only reply via email \u0022We can not provide invoices\u0022.\n\nOh yeah, but why did it work before?\n\nThey just don\u0027t wanna do the extra work.\n\nCollecting your money is fine though.

Very poor customer support.\nProxies are not available every now and then, if you report it to them, nothing is done about it.\n\nWhen you get fed up and you tell them, be prepared for replies like this:\n\u0027we won\u0027t be able to fix it\u0027\n\u0027yeah, sorry to hear that\u0027\n\nJoel and his sarcastic replies. That\u0027s not how you treat customers.\n\nDon\u0027t go with this company, better options out there!

Their customer agents are dreadful. The support didn\u0027t answer any concrete questions and played stupid. When I finally asked refund because the support was intentionally avoiding my questions about proxies technicalities they never refunded me, and intentionally played stupid, counting that I will finally get tired of asking (so we did like 10+ emails me asking and reasoning why and still no result)\n\nFinally they played it like I am not cooperative bla bla. I just wanted my money back. (if they can reply to it, they will start all over again, \u0022let me know how we can help balbla, but no actions)\n\nFinal words: Scammer attitude\n\nNo way I would deal with these creatures any more. STAY AWAY!!!
