Custommer support is horrible and Plugin doesn’t work!

Customer support is horrible. I signed up for the 7 day trial and I could\u0027t activate the code I was sent after several attempts, so I contacted customer support, they ask for WP access to activate...I gave it and still no activation after attempting several activation codes. I gave up and deleted the plugin. Then after a few days of deleting it, received an email that the reason they couldn’t activate the codes was because ioncube loader was not enable on my site and I should contact my hosting company. Contacted my hosting company and ioncube is not only loaded and enable but it’s standard with my hosting package. After 2 weeks of back and forth we were able to activate the trial Only to find out that the plugin deletes pictures on my website, so I had to keep uploading my pictures and it doesn’t work on Instagram the biggest media platform we use for advertising.\nHere is what I received from Socialrabbit\n\nHello.\nMany Instagram clients faced the challenge worldwide.\nI hope, they will solve this bug soon.\nUnfortunately we can\u0027t help with this errors, it is Instagram bug, we should wair 1-2 days.\n\nDon’t recommend.

ZERO Customer Service

I emailed their customer support and received no reply whatsoever. I tried contacting them through Facebook and still no reply. Once they have taken your money, don\u0027t expect them to provide you with any support for their product. These guys have a lot to learn about customer service.

Custommer support is horrible. I bought this and I could\u0027t activate it so I contacted custommer support, they ask for WP access to activate...I gave it and still no answer from them, and plugin is still inactive. I tried to contact on skype, email, fb page - no answer. Very unprofessional. Dont recommend.

Well ordered plugin days but no plugin.. But they took my money

Well ordered plugin days ago never got plugin key emailed to me first or last\n\nAll they did was take my money which bank confirmed \nDoes not look good days of Skype messages and emails go unanswered \nBut yeah they got my money \nMake your own assumptions but it does not look good on there part \nThey corresponded with me while trying to urge me to purchase it but now that I have they never sent me the product key and they will not reply to my emails and Skype messages \nAt least I got a nice thank you page after I paid thanking me for my purchase \nWhat does this smell like to you \nScam or not\nDays of no contact by a professional company is if nothing but odd. Share your thoughts and opinions. You can sense my opinion.

Instagram blocked this plugins on November so I couldn\u0027t use it to get likes and followers anymore! But I received my money back!\n\nNow the plug in is working again but I\u0027m not getting much results (I don\u0027t know the reason though)

Social Rabbit is a great app with ease of use and basically a hands off marketing and promotion tool on major social media platforms. \n\nI give you a warning however when using this app and hears why.\n\nI set up Social Rabbit for Pinterest. I set up my gallery posts for 3 times per day. This worked for a while until there were not enough pictures in my gallery to post. I received no error and thought SR was working as it should until I got ban for spamming on Pinterest. \n\nI was very surprised at this ban and chose to investigate how this could have happened. The first thing I did was check my Pinterest however, my account was now blocked. OK, I thought, let me check the history of SR posting on Pinterest. This is when I saw SR posting errors \u0022Add more content to the gallery\u0022 This was repeated 43 times with a time stamp about 30-45 minutes apart. This happened over 3 days but I thought nothing of it as one would think, if there is nothing to post then it cannot post. \n\nI contacted Pinterest to dispute the spamming complaint and informed them that if they look at my feed, they will see no more than 3 posts per day but they still insisted my account was closed due to spamming.\n\nI could not understand how I could be banned so after talking to a few app developers I know, we came to the conclusion that Social Rabbit even though it could not post, it was logging in and out of Pinterest when failing to attempt to post.\n\nMy guess is that Pinterest has an automatic warning system of any IP\u0027s having multiple login attempts over a short time will be red flagged and banned for spamming. \n\nI have tried to contact the owners of social Rabbit \nvia email without success. I have also been informed that Sociala Rabbit is authorised by Pinterest to be used on their platform but they will not listen even if you (as I can ) prove that I did not spam on their platform.\n\nThis was my business account for my online store so now I can never promote my store or my domain on Pinterest ever again. \nThe worst part is, Pinterest are not interested in my explanation and proof that I never spammed aabd it is an protocol within social rabbit to keep logging in and attempt to post even though the app sees no pictures to post from my gallery.\n\nI have received no less than 4 canned replies from Pinterest stating:\n\n\u0022Hi (website),\nWe took a look at your account and decided not to reactivate it because we noticed activity that goes against our spam policy. You won\u0027t be able to access your Pins or messages.\u0022\n\nIt would be great if an actual human looked at these cases so be warned if you were banned from any social media platform for spamming when using social rabbit, check the history of the app posting and see if you have the same \u0022no pictures to post\u0022 warning. If you see more than 3 warnings one after the other, it\u0027s probably the app login in and out of that platform too many times. IF anyone has another idea why I was banned, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Tried it as a 7 day trial and found it mostly useful. \nPlanners and posters with all social services worked normally while some features doesn\u0027t. As example Instagram Mutual Promotion will give you stupid likes and non-relevant followers with no any reactions and sales as a result. Another Instagram feature called Promoter liked and followed another accounts in first 3 days but all last days only do is unfollow it all :) \nTwitter showed show in Overview section spam only like a \u0022Unsupported Media Type\u0022.\nSo you can use it as a limited day-time posting planner. But in my opinion price for it too high.

I\u0027ve got Social Rabbit as a great tool to automate the social media posting. It has exceeded my expectation. I have read the last review before I started writing my review. Of course it is users\u0027 duty to ensure sufficient materials to post by the Social Rabbit, before activate the service.\nI am just taking the \u0022Poster\u0022 service until now, and that\u0027s really working great! Social Rabbit is choosing my product one by one automatically and posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest round the clock.\nBut yes, we must stay within a limit. Too high frequency of posting will definitely create a negative impression to the friends as well, not only the media authority.
