I\u0027ve got Social Rabbit as a great tool to automate the social media posting. It has exceeded my expectation. I have read the last review before I started writing my review. Of course it is users\u0027 duty to ensure sufficient materials to post by the Social Rabbit, before activate the service.\nI am just taking the \u0022Poster\u0022 service until now, and that\u0027s really working great! Social Rabbit is choosing my product one by one automatically and posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest round the clock.\nBut yes, we must stay within a limit. Too high frequency of posting will definitely create a negative impression to the friends as well, not only the media authority.

Social Rabbit is a great app but be warned!!!

Social Rabbit is a great app with ease of use and basically a hands off marketing and promotion tool on major social media platforms. \n\nI give you a warning however when using this app and hears why.\n\nI set up Social Rabbit for Pinterest. I set up my gallery posts for 3 times per day. This worked for a while until there were not enough pictures in my gallery to post. I received no error and thought SR was working as it should until I got ban for spamming on Pinterest. \n\nI was very surprised at this ban and chose to investigate how this could have happened. The first thing I did was check my Pinterest however, my account was now blocked. OK, I thought, let me check the history of SR posting on Pinterest. This is when I saw SR posting errors \u0022Add more content to the gallery\u0022 This was repeated 43 times with a time stamp about 30-45 minutes apart. This happened over 3 days but I thought nothing of it as one would think, if there is nothing to post then it cannot post. \n\nI contacted Pinterest to dispute the spamming complaint and informed them that if they look at my feed, they will see no more than 3 posts per day but they still insisted my account was closed due to spamming.\n\nI could not understand how I could be banned so after talking to a few app developers I know, we came to the conclusion that Social Rabbit even though it could not post, it was logging in and out of Pinterest when failing to attempt to post.\n\nMy guess is that Pinterest has an automatic warning system of any IP\u0027s having multiple login attempts over a short time will be red flagged and banned for spamming. \n\nI have tried to contact the owners of social Rabbit \nvia email without success. I have also been informed that Sociala Rabbit is authorised by Pinterest to be used on their platform but they will not listen even if you (as I can ) prove that I did not spam on their platform.\n\nThis was my business account for my online store so now I can never promote my store or my domain on Pinterest ever again. \nThe worst part is, Pinterest are not interested in my explanation and proof that I never spammed aabd it is an protocol within social rabbit to keep logging in and attempt to post even though the app sees no pictures to post from my gallery.\n\nI have received no less than 4 canned replies from Pinterest stating:\n\n\u0022Hi (website),\nWe took a look at your account and decided not to reactivate it because we noticed activity that goes against our spam policy. You won\u0027t be able to access your Pins or messages.\u0022\n\nIt would be great if an actual human looked at these cases so be warned if you were banned from any social media platform for spamming when using social rabbit, check the history of the app posting and see if you have the same \u0022no pictures to post\u0022 warning. If you see more than 3 warnings one after the other, it\u0027s probably the app login in and out of that platform too many times. IF anyone has another idea why I was banned, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I complained about the speed of setup and customer care explained why it was so which I understood and then expedited the setup for me

found this error on PHP 7.4.12 \nIt means that something! doesn\u0027t work with PHP 7.4.12 on your server but isn\u0027t connected with the Rabbit.\nWe installed PHP 7.3, the Rabbit works and this error disappeared also.\nwas a perferct assitance na dfull patince to resolve this issue

This is awesome! Easy to set up and use also save a lot of my time to think about what to post. I only need refreshing once a month or every 2 weeks so I can focus on other things. Loving it:)

Русификации не хватает, конечно, но сервис очень и очень качественный! Мне очень понравилось им пользоваться

I ran into difficulties with my Social Rabbitt posting times, contacted support and was soon and profesionally helped by Elena to rectify and correctly setup my account. Thanks for some great help.

If you haven’t tried this plugin yet, just do it right away! I am not kidding! Oh, how much time I wasted on dull content scheduling for my store’s FB page, you will never believe. One day I requested a free 7-day trial of the plugin and my life has divided into two parts: before and after the plugin. Ok, I should confirm I spend a day trying to figure out how to set it up. But then… it definitely worth every penny I spent!

But I want to say thanks to the team.\nEvery time I had a question or an issue, they did their best to solve and help. I must confess I am not the nicest person in the whole world so it could be hard with me. But the team has won me with your patience and professionalism.\nRecommend their solutions, they work brilliantly.
