Good.\nThis is the second time I am taking a photo for Green Card Lottery through Visafoto. A year ago, the photo was accepted, no problem. Very convenient service, really saves time.

Poor quality foreign passport photo

My son has ordered a passport photo for Czech passport. Size 5xmx5cm. He has submitted the photo and received robot edited photos via his email. The photos were deemed as unsuitable by embassy, due to low resolution and clumsy editing. I have requested a refund from visafoto.com, however according to their sizing it was correct. The fact that the editing was classed as clumsy and the resolution as low, was not taken into an account. Nowhere during submission of your photo they inform you of unsuitability due to low resolution. Very unhelpful company, would not use again. I am disputing this transaction now.

I was in a need of passport size photo for online submission. Thanks to Visafoto.com. I was skeptical about the service and using my credit card to purchase via visafoto.com but gave a shot. Wow !!! Excellent service, got photo on my inbox immediately after paying $7. I can download one in my device for online submission and also can print to nearest print station.\nDont worry about negative review folks. It is 100% geniune and works.

Worked great for me. Needed an electronic photo to renew my visa for the USA. Visafoto came to the rescue. I would certainly recommend this website.

Trust the negative reviews and avoid this service - at least in the US

I strongly agree with the negative review posted by Si on this website. I used their service for passport photos as I needed them urgently and due to the pandemic thought it would be easier, but I was wrong, when you order the 4X6 that they provide you with AS IS, it would not print 2X2 passport size photos, instead a much smaller ones. I ordered and picked up the first one, was smaller, ordered another copy - the same again! I contacted the \u0022Customer support\u0022 and then Pavel does not want to take the ownership of the problem, instead blames Walgreens and me for my \u0022misadventures\u0022 I don\u0027t know what misadventure I made here :) . This is my FIRST EVER online review about anything, I decided to take time and write this just to save others from this Scam.\n\nJust so Pavel doesn\u0027t get mad for hiding my identity on this review, I am providing a few details\n\nPicture was for - Karuna\nEverything else - including Visafoto order, Walgreens order, emails to customer support and this review - Mallik (Husband of Karuna)

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. Their standards don’t match with the requirements. I tried submitting the photo they sent me and the website wouldn’t accept it. I submitted another picture that I got from a professional place and the website accepted it right away. They kept blaming the website and that it has “bugs”. They refused to give refund. They claim they will refund if the picture is not accepted but they don’t refund AT ALL.\n\nEdit: since there’s no option to “respond” to your comment, I will write my reply here. I do not have the time to search for a reference number to send it to you guys again and that too just for $7. I already wasted time talking to your rep via email and he refused to refund. He kept trying to “fix” the picture instead. But it never worked. The point is you’re scamming people by making false claims that you give refunds if the picture is not accepted. After wasting so much of my time, you’re asking me to go through that process again, how pathetic for someone who claims to be in business for years.

Visafoto.com worked well for me. If you need a passport picture, there you could take it very quickly. The price is also very affordable. The best website that I found.
