Heroic Nya gone wrong

i had purchaced a 12/12 heroic Ny\u0027lotha raid and some things happened with servers and we werent able to do the raid, so i asked for a refund of some sort and they gave me the option to refund or to get a package worth about the same as the raid, just wanted to say i love the customer service here. Thank you

Great runs. Got a couple pieces :) one thing a weapon dropped to a trader and he couldn’t trade it it was a 60 ilvl increase for me and would have been greattttt but it’s ok. Great services

PROS vs CONS of world of boosting

PROS: \n- Fast team assemble (done 10 dungeons with them and never waited more than 20 minutes even when asking for a trader in the team). \n- raid team is set up to the time of your choosing (when choosing traders you will get more than you want, I personally chose 3 traders and got like 8 items)\n- They trade you everything suitable for you (even if you ask for someone to change loot type to tank to drop a shield for you they will do it).\n- very helpful and they don\u0027t ignore you like leave you to die.\n\nCons: \n- you may feel little lost if you don\u0027t understand dungeons mechanic (as long as you follow what the team does you won\u0027t have much problems).\n- price is little higher.\n- you may not know who are your traders in raid but they will definitely give you more than your fair share.\n\nI\u0027m honestly happy with their service and even with prices being higher their service is worth it.
