Again boosted within 10 minutes server shutdown but when it came back on about 1 hour later I was invited back and boosted used this service 2-3 times now and been excellent everytime so can\u0027t complain

Im french but i try to write my feed back in english. Dont jug me ,kiss\nMy 1rst boost was perfect, in time and a good Guy in support who put my bind back . \nI had a problem with the 2nd boost but the support was really good and give me a free mm+10 . Thanks ! \nSee you next week.

Just a bunch of scamming thieves

Terrible experience. I bought a custom boost 10 days ago and even though I was told it would take about 2 days to start, they still haven\u0027t provided the service. Every time I asked for a status update I was met by a robotic bot-like answer: \u0022few minutes please i\u0027ll check\u0022. Needless to say, they never got back to me unless I followed up a few hours later. Their answers were always vague and no arrangements were ever made. Super unreliable and super shady. Now, 10 days later, they still have my money and still haven\u0027t started the boost. \n\nNot only that, but a few moments ago, they informed me they cannot do the service anymore, the one they already charged me money for. Of course, I asked for a refund, to which they said they need to talk to the manager to decide what to do next and that the refund procedure takes up to a month (as if). So I\u0027m not sure if they actually plan on refunding the money they scammed me for, but even so, they\u0027re super unreliable and shady.\n\nAvoid at all costs, they\u0027re just a bunch of scamming thieves.\n\nEDIT: (23 December 2019) My refund STILL hasn\u0027t been processed. I did try to contact them back countless times (including on December 10th, as per their suggestion) nicely asking for updates and reassurance. As always, I was met with a bunch of lies. Lies that they\u0027ll get back to me, which they never did. Lies that they\u0027re waiting for the manager to get back in the office, which apparently he never has. They told me they wrote to their payment processor to check for the refund update. Guess what? That never happened, as the payment processor never replied. I asked them for days to provide proof of refund, which they were unable to. No notifications, no emails, no reassurance, nothing. Eventually after pressing them for weeks they sent me a screenshot of the refund, which was most likely fake or edited, since I never got my money back. I asked today once more for an update, and I was met with complete radio silence, straight out ignoring my message. I cannot stress enough that these people are BAD. They\u0027re scammers and thieves and liars.\n\nDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, EVER!\n\nEDIT: (25 December 2019) After a few days of going back and forth with them, they actually refunded me 2.25 EUR from the total amount. That\u0027s actually 1% of what they owed me. When I contacted them, they claimed that in their system they actually refunded me the whole sum (225 EUR). They actually only refunded 1% of that. If this is not a scam, I don\u0027t know what is. These people are the cesspool of the scamming business. \n\nAGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
