It\u0027s great that in the 21st century there is such an opportunity - put on a helmet of virtual reality and train communication skills, because practice in the development of soft skills is the most important aspect of efficiency. Thanks to the simulator we were able to overcome the inner sense of discomfort, learn to control and analyze speech, eliminate the fillers and worked out ways of behavior in different situations. I especially liked the opportunity to work out the algorithm of exiting conflict situations.
