Based on my experiences over these few years, I’ve found they are the best , most reliable and dependable source for bona fide Russian nootropics; in the case of myself \u0026 friends, specifically - Noopept. We like the Noopept from Cosmic because we know that is the real deal and original - not some Chinese-made generic that has been re-packaged. Phenomenal Customer Service and Legitimate Product

Ever since Ceretropic shut down, I\u0027ve been trying to find a solid Semax/Selank supplier. Tried a few suppliers (like that Pharma one), but the product was either bunk, old, and/or overpriced. I\u0027m always hesitant to order something internationally - especially from Russia - but I heard enough good things about Cosmic on r/nootropics that I figured why the hell not. Well, let me tell you, this company exceeded my expectations by epic proportions. Allow me to explain:\n\nI placed my order in March 2020. It was taking quite some time to get there, so I contacted Customer Service mid-April (if you\u0027re wondering why I waited so long for contact, 6+ weeks is pretty standard for a shipment from Russia to the States, and tracking was consistently updated telling me it was stateside). They reached out within hours, and determined my shipment was stuck in New York. Not at customs (so not a customs issue), but at NY Processing - a black hole for international shipments. This is right when COVID was striking, so things were amping up. NY Processing loses international packages on the reg. Factoring in global pandemic...completely understandable.\n\nThey sent my aforementioned \u0022reshipment\u0022 in mid-April or so, right when I contacted them. I checked tracking over the weeks and noticed my package was still in Russia. Ruh-roh. By this time COVID was totes cray-cray. Russia Post had shut down international shipments, and the cherry-on-top, Shopify was holding Cosmic\u0027s site hostage. No bueno.\n\nStill, in all that strife, Cosmic notified all customers to tell us \u0027what\u0027 was going on. They said Russia Post went full-lockdown due to COVID, and it\u0027d be a few before they could guarantee delivery of products. They asked that we stay connected with them to ensure we received our products. They even sent weekly blog updates notifying me of the happenings.\n\nSo, around mid-August, they started Direct Delivery or something like that. I notified them, and without hesitation they sent me a THIRD package. Get that? A company sent me two packages that never got here, yet \u0027still\u0027 sent me a third. Very rare these days especially considering that by this point, they were losing money on me. I should also include that at every step of the way I was given the option of a full refund as well. I just decided to keep shooting for the product.\n\nAs luck would have it, that package got here a few days ago. Extremely impressed with not only the follow-through, but the product as well (Semax and Selank are A++ 100% legit). To all of you at Cosmic (I talked with Kate mostly, and Lev), thank you for your outstanding commitment to excellence. You now have a customer for life. Best of luck to you guys. Stay safe!
