Ordered the item in May. It\u0027s now August - i still haven\u0027t received my packaged.\nNever order from them again. There is practically no customer service. Beware!

I never received what I ordered. No one answers the chat. This is a scam. I know another person that ordered the same thing. 2 months later . No product.

Updated Review: The package was apparently lost in the mail the first time. I was frustrated by communication lapses and delays, however, they eventually re-shipped. It arrived in about two months. The products are high quality.

This is a update to my original negative review. Today I finally received the rest of my order. It took \n4 1/2 months to get to me. (I\u0027m sure Covid was a factor) I never had a doubt that my order was mailed, but feared it was lost. The biggest problem I have with NootropicSpot, is lack of communication. I waited 3 months before ever posting a negative review, and if I had just received a reply to my multiple emails, then this negative review would have never happened. I emailed Russian Post and even threatened to never buy any other goods from Russia. I have no idea if that helped, because Russian Post doesn\u0027t help US citizens. But bottom line is that the package finally made it to me. So I am going to upgrade my rating to 3 stars, because other than lack of reply to my email, and NootropicSpot appearing to make no effort to appeal to Russian Post, the package did make it to me. So just be aware it could take months for you to receive your order. I still like Surgey, just wish he had of communicated with me more, to keep me updated. 4 1/2 months is a long time to wait for medication that seemed critical at the time.\n\nPlaced a $500+ order with Surgey at NootropicSpot over 3 months ago, and package has not arrived. Tried contacting him over and over, then finally a reply saying he\u0027d been sick and the package would arrive. Now after at least another month, no package and no replies to 3 emails. If you order from NootropicSpot, just know you can lose all your money with no recourse. Sergey seems like a nice guy, but will not make good on his promises if something goes wrong.
