Its been almost two months, haven’t received anything.

Not sure it\u0027s worth the time or money spent

I wasn\u0027t sure I was ever going to get my package after waiting 3 weeks to receive it. But finally it did arrive, after being un-refrigerated for 3 weeks I am not at all sure what potency remains of the product. So I reconstituted it and tried it, and very minimal effects, if any, were observed. The room temperature that the package experienced over most of the 3 weeks, combined with the warm to hot temperatures it experienced while in TX probably contributed to the decrease in potency. Perhaps a cool pack would have helped, but I doubt for long, since it sat in more than a few postal facilities for days at a time. I probably won\u0027t order from this company again.

Order not received for my friend. 3 months and nothing. We were told to wait by Sergey, no refund is possible. Terrible service. Would not use again.

This is a update to my original negative review. Today I finally received the rest of my order. It took \n4 1/2 months to get to me. (I\u0027m sure Covid was a factor) I never had a doubt that my order was mailed, but feared it was lost. The biggest problem I have with NootropicSpot, is lack of communication. I waited 3 months before ever posting a negative review, and if I had just received a reply to my multiple emails, then this negative review would have never happened. I emailed Russian Post and even threatened to never buy any other goods from Russia. I have no idea if that helped, because Russian Post doesn\u0027t help US citizens. But bottom line is that the package finally made it to me. So I am going to upgrade my rating to 3 stars, because other than lack of reply to my email, and NootropicSpot appearing to make no effort to appeal to Russian Post, the package did make it to me. So just be aware it could take months for you to receive your order. I still like Surgey, just wish he had of communicated with me more, to keep me updated. 4 1/2 months is a long time to wait for medication that seemed critical at the time.\n\nPlaced a $500+ order with Surgey at NootropicSpot over 3 months ago, and package has not arrived. Tried contacting him over and over, then finally a reply saying he\u0027d been sick and the package would arrive. Now after at least another month, no package and no replies to 3 emails. If you order from NootropicSpot, just know you can lose all your money with no recourse. Sergey seems like a nice guy, but will not make good on his promises if something goes wrong.

It sometimes takes quite a while before items are shipped, but they have always arrived securely and in good condition. The company is good about communicating shipment information. Medications are as described. We have had blood tests that confirm the Chinese brand we are buying through nootropicspot is working as well or better than the Swiss brand we were getting through our doctor.

Here goes. Shipping was about 10 days to US as expected but processing, getting the order out the door added another 4 thus the 4 stars. Not sure if the 25 bucks for expedited shipping is worth it and will see how long it takes with regular shipping next order. That said Semax is wonderful. I\u0027m having a good experience with that. Selank on the other hand is hard to nail down. Makes me kind of uncomfortable but how does one know until you try it, that won\u0027t be on my next order. Good company, quick responses, functional tracking and my order actually showed up.
