Ich kann nur alle warnen! Ein restliches Guthaben zurückerstatten bzw. auszahlen zu lassen gleicht einem riesigen Hindernisslauf. NAch vielen E-Mails hin und her und viel Ärger stellte ich sogar fest, dass ich als Kunde nicht einmal meine alte Kreditkarte aus meinem eigenen Account löschen kann. Die Firma verlangt eine Kopie der alten nicht mehr vorhandenen Kreditkarte oder eine unterzeichnete Bestätigung der Bank, dass diese nicht mehr existiert (und diese gibt es nicht von einer Kreditkartenfirma). Nach Anfrage bei meiner Kreditkartenfirma können und werden diese für nicht mehr existente Karten keine Bestätigung machen. Aber IQ Option beharrt stur auf dieser Bestätigung. Dies ist nicht korrekt und nicht legal! Mit dieser Begründung, das die Verifizierung einer nicht mehr existenten Karte nicht mehr gemacht werden kann, weigert sich nun IQ Option die Auszahlung zu machen!! Also Hände weg! Man kann hier nur Geld verlieren! Dies nenne ich BETRUG!!!

I opened a short position for EUR/AUD at 1.63242. Then I left it to hit either the stop loss or the Take profit. But when I returned this morning to see the result. I saw that one candle has formed a long spike which did hit my stop loss ans then the downtrednd continued. After that I checked the same chart on many other platforms but the spike and the canldle was nowhere to be found. So I just need the answer of one Question. Was the chart being manipulated, because its unacceptable to see this kind of action from IQ Option. I have the screenshots.

BIG SCAM!!!!\nI am trying to take out my money for over a year now! Every single time they declined the withdrawal. It was no problem at all though when I sent them the money in the beginning.\nNow they blocked my account. I asked the customer service already 3 times why they did that, no respond. I asked why the chat is not working, no respond. I asked for a phone number to call, no respond.\nThey want me to verify my account, I send them thousands of verifications, they always ask for more. It is obvious, that they are trying to not payout my money. I am in contact with a lawyer already.

IQ OPTION S-U-X. They had no problem TAKING my money but now that I want it back they have rejected both my passport and my Brazilian ID from the Federal Police. Scam much?\n\n* I have spoken to support@iqoption and they have rejected my Brazilian ID issued by the Federal Police and my new Passport. But they kept my money.

They blocked my account with money in it for no reason. I tryed contacting them and for two months the circle goes like this:\n1. I contact them asking why my account is blocked? \n2. They ask me for certain security information. \n3. I reply and they don\u0027t answer.\n1. - 3. Repeat.

Finger weg von dieser Seit.\nZuerst löschen Sie mein Konto nach 1,5 Jaren. Sie hätten mir dies per Mail geschickt aber nie habe ich eine bekommen.\nDann warte ich nun schon fast 1 Jahr auf mein Geld und es kommen immer wieder nur diese bescheuerten Standardmails. \nIch könnt echt Kot.. es sind schon über 100 Mails hin und her geschickt worden. Hat hier jemand einen Tipp wer für solche Sachen zuständig sind? Verbraucherschutz oder Polizei und eine Anzeige machen?

War vor Jahren dort - seitdem kriege ich in regelmäßigen Abständen ominöse Anrufe auf meine dort angegebene Handynummer, ob ich mich für Trading interessiere (man wird sogar mit Klarnamen angesprochen). Das ganze auf sehr sehr miesem Deutsch mit Callcenterhintergrundgeräuschen - blocken bringt nix, da Nummernspoofing betrieben wird. Ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt.
