Hallo Trader und Traderinnen, heute bekommt IQ-Option von mir eine sehr schlechte Bewertung. Gerade an so einem schwarzen Börsentag funktionierte meine Handelsplattform nicht. Meine Prozentzahlen von den Aktien blieben starr stehen und bewegten sich mit den Veränderungen der Kurse nicht mit. Das führte dazu, dass ich den Stand der Aktie schlecht einschätzen konnte und verlangsamt handeln musste, was am heutigen Tag besonders ungünstig war. Ich schrieb mittags an den Support und erhielt heute Abend um 20:21 Uhr Handlungsmöglichkeiten, die zu einer positiven Veränderung führten. Damit erhält der Support von mir die Note 6, weil ich die Unterstützung sofort gebraucht hätte. Auch kann ich nicht immer nachvollziehen, wohin mein Geld geht, da die Einzahlungssumme 1/3 höher ist als die angegebene Summe auf dem Traderkonto. Ich habe nun entschieden, kein Geld mehr zu überweisen, sondern den Verkauf der Aktien einzusetzen, um zu sehen, was passiert. Ich fühle mich bei IQ-Option nicht gut aufgehoben, weil der Service, von dem ich abhängig bin, nicht kundenorientiert gestaltet wird und damit zu finanziellen Verlusten führt, die ich nicht vermeiden kann. Bis zu den Crashtagen hatte alles gut funktioniert, auch wenn für manche Aktien enorm hohe Provisionen verlangt wurden, auf die ich mich aber in meinen Handlungen einstellen konnte. Damit stellt sich für mich schon die Frage, ob hinter der Nachlässigkeit des Supports eine eigennützige Absicht des Unternehmens steckt? Wir leben ja heute in einer Gesellschaft, in der Menschen sich im Arbeitsleben den Vorschriften der Arbeitgeber unterordnen, um den eigenen Vorteil nicht zu verlieren, was ich sehr bedenklich finde. Also überlegt euch gut, ob ihr euer Geld IQ-Option anvertrauen wollt, wenn der Support an Krisentagen nicht funktioniert.\nKopf hoch, die Crashtage werden vorbei gehen!

I\u0027ve just been scammed out of $2000 by someone calling themselves( LISA NORA) \nWhom said she was a broker with iqopition am not someone who has ever been scammed before as am pretty onto but she\u0027s good. Be so awhere of this person if I could upload a pic I would.

VORSICHT BETRUG\n\nMein Konto wurde ohne Mitteilung geschlossen und das auf dem Depot befindliche Geld bis auf einen Restbetrag von 100 Euro, den man mir nach Reklamation rückerstatten möchte, einbehalten.\nIch kann deshalb nur davor warnen, auf IQ Option ein Konto zu eröffnen.

Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Kryptowährungen ausgezahlt wurden, weil ich nicht neuen Datenschutzbestimmungen zugestimmt habe. Mit dem Argument, dass sie mich per Mail gewarnt haben, zahlten sie mir das wenige Geld, das übrig war (super Timing ausgesucht, wo die Kryptowährungen am wenigsten Wert waren), aus. Die Mail landete im Übrigen im Spam-Ordner und es kam sonst nie von irgendwoher eine Warnung bei einer solch wichtigen Änderung, bei der ich nicht einmal sicher bin ob das ein Vorwand war oder nicht. So oder so, IQ Option hätte frühzeitig und klarer Bescheid geben sollen, selbst wenn das alles rein zufällig so unglücklich verlaufen ist (was sehr stark anzweifelbar ist). Mir tun diejenigen Leid, die sehr viel investiert haben und auch betroffen sind. Hoffentlich werden die nicht jetzt Amok laufen. Mir tut aber auch der Vorstand von IQ Options Leid, dass er zu solchen Mitteln greift.

Do NOT use this platform. It is the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. They closed down my account because I didn\u0027t verify again. I have had verified the account in the past (passport, proof of address etc.), so they knew I was a legitimate customer. The only way of letting me know that I needed to verify again was by email. These emails ended up in my junk mail, which I don\u0027t regularly check.\n\nFound out when I wanted to login into my account and it said it was blocked. So I checked my email, and junk mail...And yeah, there were the emails they have send me to notify. Reached out to the \u0022support\u0022 team but they didn\u0027t help at all and just said: \u0022Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is permanently blocked and cannot be unblocked. We are ready to refund the remaining balance...\u0022\n\nI purchased crypto\u0027s on the platform and had them there waiting for when the market would pick up again. The value of those crypto\u0027s they conveniently left out of the refund.\n\nIf you want to get screwed by a company, use IQ option! What a joke of a scamming company.

Had an account with IQ-options, they blocked the account sold all my trades and charged me an extortionate fee for the pleasure. They have been taken to court man times already by Cysec the same governing body that iq-options boost they are compliant with. the company replied that they had emailed customers warning them that they will close all trades that has been on there platform over a certain time. Why would anyone sell a trade at a loss, the idea is to buy and sell when it reaches a profit at least i would of thought it was the best policy in making a profit.\nSo why then would a company claiming to be a member of cysec be allowed to close peoples trades willy nilly just so they can make money? they are clearly in some financial difficulty if such a company cheats traders?
