Outrageous Incompetence!!!

Icarus Опубликовано 23.09.2020

Bought a Ruth Bader Ginsberg T-shirt ( even after it was falsely advertised at 10.99 and ended up being $25 + shipping) as a gift & checked "Gift" box, put the shipping address (to Oregon) where it was to be shipped...got email telling me he was shipping to *my* address in Mn, and after 5-6 back-and-forth times asking him to ship to the correct address, he finally said he would. But, then, still put my name on it instead of the name I gave him. Now, Tracking showed he left off half of the address including the #, so it is going to somewhere in Oregon, no one knows where. Lame and incompetent, and taking 0 responsibility for a basic task of simple labeling. I am opening a case with Etsy support hoping they will delete this seller from being able to mess up any one else's orders.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE - FAKE SUNGLASSES**
I ordered a pair of Celine sunglasses almost four weeks ago. They were advertised on the website as authentic and genuine, and the photos used on the website are images taken from the. Celine website. They were meant to arrive within two weeks, they didn’t. I chased Lux Store several times to find out where they were and received no response. The sunglasses arrived today and they’re fake. I have a few pairs of Celine glasses and these are nothing like an authentic pair. Even down to the packaging. They won’t respond to my emails or phone calls. Appalling service and fake goods advertised as genuine. Don’t use

I ordered a pair of Celine sunglassessa about a five or six weeks ago. Got my order today, but the sunglasses are not Celine. They are totally fake. Just a Celine look a like but price was a normal compared to Celine. And they sell their stuf like it´s the real one but it´s not!! Just fake and way too expensive for fake sunglasses. Don´t buy anything from them!!

I would like to return mine, but havent got any return information or address where to return. They dont asnwer e-mails and I´m pretty sure I wont ever get my money back.

Fake- avoid this scam business

P. Martin Опубликовано 02.06.2020

Fake, fake, fake!!! Do not buy from them it is a scam.

I ordered a pair of Celine sunglasses from them nearly 3 months ago. After threatening action against them (after not receiving any information about shipment) they finally shipped them off to me and only just arrived today. My suspicions were right. As soon as I opened the box I knew they were counterfeit. I have 3 other pairs of Celine sunglasses and everything is off about this pair- the case and the way the brand was stamped on the pouch incorrectly. The glasses have the wrong logo (size and detail) on both the outside arm and inside arm. The hinges are cheap and have just been glued on. No doubt about it that I stupidly paid $350 AUD for cheap, fake glasses with lens that probably aren’t even UV resistant. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
