I did not recieve my order

I did not recieve my order. I bought the part a month ago and still not recieve it. I have sent messages and email still no response. The tracking number provided said delivered eventhough I am here desperate for my part and no one cares enough to respond or help. I paid my hard earned cash. My email is order tracting number EE428031318AE

Supplied parts I couldn’t find in the UK!

Supplied two new OE rear coil springs for my Evo 6.5 which were impossible to source in the UK!\n\nExcellent communication, shipped when promised and arrived very well packaged.\n\nI wouldn’t hesitate to use MegaZip in the future.\n\nThank you for your excellent service.

They sent my part in a timely manner. It is not the right part though. I have contacted them repeatedly to make the return, which their website says can be done within thirty days off receiving the item, and no one will answer my emails.

Overall a Satisfactory Experience

Part was OEM. There were some delays in receiving due to international shipments and customs. The only minor setback was calling customer service and being completely out of sync with operating hours. Also, when I was able to get through and speak with someone, communications was a minor issue due to language spoken.
