This was the first time I made a purchase from megazip. I got kind of concerned after I had placed my order because of shipping time, so I contacted customer support expressing my concerns because my mechanic was waiting for a parts and they reassured me it would still arrive in a timely fashion. So I put trust and what I was told they followed through and the transaction was the best that I\u0027ve had from any overseas order!! Thank Megazip for your service and best price from anywhere!!! Top class company! I needed some obscure outboard parts for a Tohatsu, which meant they had to be manufactured. In the circumstances, I kind of understand why not a single UK dealer was interested in my business, but that didn\u0027t get my motor fixed. Nor does it encourage me to approach them ever again,\nWhy do I think they\u0027re so good?\nThe website is outstanding, with detailed parts diagrams for all versions, which are easy to find.\nThey repeatedly invite you to contact them if you need help finding the correct parts. \nThe ordering process is easy.\nThe price was 2/3 of UK dealer cost, despite $25 carriage. ( Yes, really!)\nThe delivery communications were superb\nThey beat their own delivery estimate by 3 weeks\nThey were very carefully packed.\nThey were exactly what I wanted\n\nA couple of minor comments:\nThe website initially quoted 3-5 working days, possibly extended because of COVID. I knew that was not the case, so was not surprised when I received an email telling me the lead time was 6 weeks.\nI\u0027m an experienced engineer, so parts identification was easy. If you\u0027re not, take advantage of their helpdesk, otherwise you may end up with the wrong parts.

The parts were the complete wrong parts for the bike they told me to return them but they are trying to charge me another 800 dollars just to send the 800 dollar prts and get the same money i basically spent to send the prts back and loose out on the money for the parts terrible website

Very very good service, very fast, reliable, to my door, good price, no issues with tax, customs etc. Correct parts as ordered. One weakness is the on-line parts manual is not very good. Love the service, will use again. Brian

It might be the spare parts system but it sucks so I want to highlight that.\nOrdered 1 spare part of one of the top sellers current yamaha bikes and after 2 weeks I\u0027m still waiting for it to be shipped (from Japan so it will take a while, but isn\u0027t yamaha in Japan at least?)\nMaximum handling time 5 business days was stated when I placed the order and we are already two full weeks after. Max delivery date 19th of August and it won\u0027t be even sent by that time.\nGood communication deserves the one star

The service and guidance was great. All my questions were answered. The packaging was very secure. I live in the Caribbean and was only able to get this part at mega zip at a reasonable price.
