Top quality, correct oem parts for a difficult to source application. Processing time felt excessive BUT we are dealing with a global pandemic. Things are not exactly normal. I would buy from again.

Technical support not very helpful, when asked for help distinguishing between 6 part variants with exactly the same drawn diagram for each. Meant I had to order all six and return 5. They\u0027re not happy for any returns, and make it very difficult (\u0026 costly) to return (to Russia). Think twice

Hi I have ordered from you several times and the service is excellent but, in the last order there were some problems of lack of parts even though it is written that they are in stock and after a long wait through EMS I decided to pay the balance to FedEx and I was told that parts are missing only mid-August. Although the order has already been received and paid for and the parts do exist and I am still waiting.
