This was the first time I made a purchase from megazip. I got kind of concerned after I had placed my order because of shipping time, so I contacted customer support expressing my concerns because my mechanic was waiting for a parts and they reassured me it would still arrive in a timely fashion. So I put trust and what I was told they followed through and the transaction was the best that I've had from any overseas order!! Thank Megazip for your service and best price from anywhere!!! Definitely will do business again..... Ron - St. Louis Missouri.

Top class company

Top class company! I needed some obscure outboard parts for a Tohatsu, which meant they had to be manufactured. In the circumstances, I kind of understand why not a single UK dealer was interested in my business, but that didn't get my motor fixed. Nor does it encourage me to approach them ever again,
Why do I think they're so good?
The website is outstanding, with detailed parts diagrams for all versions, which are easy to find.
They repeatedly invite you to contact them if you need help finding the correct parts.
The ordering process is easy.
The price was 2/3 of UK dealer cost, despite $25 carriage. ( Yes, really!)
The delivery communications were superb
They beat their own delivery estimate by 3 weeks
They were very carefully packed.
They were exactly what I wanted

A couple of minor comments:
The website initially quoted 3-5 working days, possibly extended because of COVID. I knew that was not the case, so was not surprised when I received an email telling me the lead time was 6 weeks.
I'm an experienced engineer, so parts identification was easy. If you're not, take advantage of their helpdesk, otherwise you may end up with the wrong parts.

Very very good service, very fast, reliable, to my door, good price, no issues with tax, customs etc. Correct parts as ordered. One weakness is the on-line parts manual is not very good. Love the service, will use again. Brian

The service and guidance was great. All my questions were answered. The packaging was very secure. I live in the Caribbean and was only able to get this part at mega zip at a reasonable price.

Easy to find parts, even when I didn’t know the name of the part I was looking for. Also found the hard to find parts.

Struggled to find parts for my old Geo Tracker (Suzuki Sidekick) for a long time, but then I found the MegaZip site and it was great! I was able to order all the little interior bits for my Tracker that had broken over the years. I love that they have all the parts diagrams on-line and easy to access.

I goofed up a bit on my orders and accidentaly did three separate orders, but the staff was very helpful and ended up combining the orders on the back end, and adjusted shipping accordingly.

I've already got a list going to additional parts I want to order so that I can complete my refresh of my Tracker. Sooo sooo happy to be able to put new OEM parts back in.
