So very very well. I ordered in the evening and got message. I got a very friendly mail with all the informations needed and the bill. After paying i was fine. The next day i asked about delivery and got a message directly in the same friendly way. Answered very nice and explained everything. He told me: maybe in times of now it will take longer. \nBut i can tell u now: it didnt took long. Its so very fast. Right in the morning after i woke up i got message with package informations and the exact location. This guy is great, friendly and fast. Give it a try, u will be happy! Promise. It was my first time ordering research chems from overseas, so I was understandably nervous. Mikhail provided excellent and prompt customer service, even helped to assuage my fears. Received my package from Russia to southern east coast, USA in about a week and a half. Cannot say enough good things about him, his service and the company! Will definitely be ordering again!
