DatingPro pre-sale and implementation

Pre-sale:\nI started the process with an almost 4-month due diligence process comparing almost all providers in the industry and comparing their offerings from different angles. \nDuring the competition review, DatingPro was always amongst the most responsive and prepared. Their responses were quite complete and honest. They didn’t push me to buy their most expensive and complete pack but rather tried to understand what I was after. During the pre-sale process, I had more and deeper exchanges with them than with the other providers. The responses from the pre-sale person (Rina) were always timely and complete. For each customization options, they provided accurate reasonable estimates usually within the next day, contrary to some of their competitors. \nAfter about three months, I retained three providers with DatingPro being already my favorite. In terms of price for the functionalities they offered, they were the most competitive. Their documentation and demo on their site were also among the best. \nIn the end, I took the decision to build my site with them going following agreement on a Gant chart for the implementation plan. I have chosen to start from their Starting Pack to which I have added the add-ons I found most useful following my needs and also some customization on some differentiating aspects.\nImplementation phase: \nThough I am in the middle of the implementation, the process runs smoothly with also a great level of responsiveness and competence from their project lead (Irene). She also shares her views and experience and always tries to understand what I really want or what I am concerned about. I have to say that I am very reassured having her in charge of my project. \nBeing myself in Portugal and them in Russia, they offered to use Trello as a collaborative tool and it really helps share the tasks and monitor progress towards completion. Irene, the project coordinator, and myself, we update Trello on a daily basis so we keep each other informed of how our respective tasks progress. Irene is extremely competent, and I have very smooth and informative daily exchanges with her through emails and Trello updates. We also had a Skype start-up meeting to launch the project which was key to build rapport and she offered to have additional Skypes in case of need. Her responses are very helpful as she systematically includes in them the hyperlinks to external data or internal configuration panel that makes my life much easier. I really appreciate working with her and her English and experience with the package is best-in-class. I can only recommend her and DatingPro to future customers. \nMy project is not yet finished however I feel we are on good track, on budget and on specifications, with the right attitude. Irene is proactive and reactive which I appreciate highly.

Давно уже хотел создать свой сайт знакомств, но все ни как не мог найти фирму которая этим займется, решил купить готовое решение, взял пакет PG Dating Pro Start за 490$. Сотрудники компании помогают во всем, подсказывают что и как, сайт уже работает, в свою очередь выражаю огромную благодарность сотрудникам компании Anna From Dating Pro и Roman From Dating Pro.

Before you purchase this software , ask yourself , can you beat the market share or not … would you like to join in and pay for it? did you get fun with the template and features … ? Are they new or old boring dating websites that people have seen ? \nI ordered a Dating Pro Advance Pack over $4900 plus a chatbot $600 with a separate 3 payment plan, I have paid only 1/3 and decided not to continue , why ?\nThe company is guanine by giving you what they said. I received the software which is online in 2 days after but not a full version yet. It is exactly like the DEMO version in which I can change theme and color. After then they keep sending me many emails about what I can add on to the website which some of you must pay extra … YES you bought the most expensive option just a week ago but you can be asked to pay more and more! Some of the features don\u0027t clear how it works such as a Matchmaking system with worth $500, I understand that you don’t need all options on your website but what is coming will totally cost behind the bar. \nLooking over their video carefully if you don’t understand or don’t get along , you may be facing difficulty and less fun on organizing the software because you are on your own! Their support will answer all questions within a day. There is no private call for me after I paid , they claimed that they were busy. \nCheck the portfolio carefully , most portfolios which publish on their site are not updated. Some of them are not existing anymore. I asked them about portfolio listings … , they said their client was private … !! No portfolio . I can’t imagine that if your clients are happy why they don’t want to share their success stories. If the software is great why don’t they run their own? Or good DEMO …. Finally only saw the portfolio one on Chatbot example , the website was totally deaden and old… \nAfter one month I asked them to degrade my pack to simple or part refund as I was not happy with the product, they have refused.\nYes I have lost over $1600 , but I didn’t feel confident to lose another $3800 for usual able software. And It could be more than $4900 too finished and over time. Unfortunately it won’t beat the market as they promote. \nYou can buy a similar product with less than $500 and add all the functions that you need with your programmer anyway. \nGood Luck.

Ставлю пять звёзд, так как по личному опыту и по плотной работе с командой из PG Dating Pro знаю не по наслышке. Отличная команда! Даю 100%, что такой отзывчивой, терпеливой и добросовестной команды в интернете очень сложно найти. Не буду перечислять их имена, так вся команда от PG Dating Pro, достойна большого уважения. Конечно встречались кое какие недопонимания, но всё решалось очень быстро с неимоверной выдержкой и спокойствием, за что огромная благодарность. \nЕщё раз, отличная команда! Спасибо)

Although some issues can arise immediately after install, PG Dating Pro is a superb piece of software. It has many functions that other programs lack. People from the technical team are nice and helpful. They don\u0027t leave you alone.

МОШЕННИКИ. До оплаты общались в скайпе, по телефону. После оплаты полный игнор и всё только через почту, на которой отвечают тупые операторы которым ничего объяснить не возможно. НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ, потратил деньги впустую!!!!

I want to thank Rina from PG DatingPro for contacting me and listening to what my needs were for my new adult website. I reviewed their site and SkaDate and I liked DatingPro because of the low investment to get started and the ability to add additional features later. I love the contact that Rina has provided to me. There is a 8 hour time difference but Rina is awesome in communicating with me via email. I love the fact that I\u0027m getting a dating site out of a box! This saves time and money and I can get my site up and running quicker. I really like the fact that PG Dating Pro will continue to keep up with the changing policies which will help me stay updated. I\u0027m very excited about working with this team. Also they offer discounts if you take their 2 day online course. Also, I just purchased there online book for $9 regularly $49 on how to run a successful dating service. I read it right away, it has a lot of great information. Excellent software with a huge range of useful options available. After looking through various options to use as a platform for my new venture (dogloversdating.co.uk) it was clear that Dating Pro was the superior choice.\n\nSince ordering, the communication from their team has been fast and helpful. There were a few things I needed to add and change and these have been dealt with efficiently. I am now working with them to develop the apps for Android and iOS before launching the site to the public.\n\nIn summary, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

La verdad la experiencia con ellos ha sido maravillosa, Irene que habla muy bien español (si, habla muy bien español) me ha ayudado a resolver de manera pronta y oportuna, todos los requerimientos que necesito en mi sitio de citas. A pesar de estar a miles de kilómetros, el desarrollo del proyecto ha marchado velozmente. Definitivamente pueden confiar en ellos para desarrollar sus proyectos.
