I could even get my account started. I was testing new brokers and running through my options. I demo tested pocketoptions and was satisficed with the platform. During the demo, I decided to give pocketoptions a green light to actually start trading live money. I chose to deposit my funds through Bitcoin. Now . . . every other broker I have used (4) at this point deposits funds nearly in an instant. NOT pocketoption, I knew something wasn\u0027t right when I have been waiting for 4 hours for Funds to Deposit. I contacted pocketoptions \u0022support services\u0022 and they do not reply with accurate information FYI. When I talked to \u0022Support Services\u0022 they explained that they couldn\u0027t find my transaction so I provided them with accurate information to find my bitcoin receipt online including screenshots. When they replied to that they said that the address I sent it to is not their bitcoin wallet address anymore. They also explained that they cannot get those funds back and transferred correctly. I have learned my lesson and I will not only test platforms but also look at reviews on brokers like I should have done in the first place.

PocketOption is a SCAM platform and they are THIEVES. \n\nThey will not allow withdrawals on the same card you used to deposit and will push towards shady ewallets instead. After posting the review online, they have terminated my account and STOLE my profits and my deposited money.\n\nSCAM SCAM SCAM, DO NOT DO THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING UP HERE.\n\n\nEDIT: DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLY. They are asking for the TrustPilot review just to terminate your account because you wrote bad words about them. They are scammers of the worst kind and will not return even your deposits(not even profits).

I was trying to withdrawal my profits and they declined the withdrawal. They then reset my accounts and took away all my profits. I hope to at least get my initial investment back. Please stay far away from this company they will not pay your profits out.

1000% Scam broker from January 27 till 31 jan, 2020. Whenever you place trade with this pocket broker you will find lag issues , sudden spikes and also unresponsiveness. On 31 jan, 2020 most users from pocket option loss their trades due to this issue. They told us we will refund it back after we fix this issues for our server. So I mailed their support team about my lost trades , due to lag during placing trades and sudden spikes.I also sent them screenshots. But those liars scammed me and they are refusing that lag ever happened. There are scammers. I will tell others not to trust them and trade with them. Report these kind of website to help others.

hi, i decided to come and write a review after my credit card has been stolen , frudulent activity , as soon as i put my information and my credit card that i never used before , it got stolen 48 hrs later , and someone bought ivisa for 466$. . my bank is hunting them now \nstay away by all means, from pocketoption these people they take all you information and they steal you after you pass verification .
