I was trying to withdrawal my profits and they declined the withdrawal. They then reset my accounts and took away all my profits. I hope to at least get my initial investment back. Please stay far away from this company they will not pay your profits out.

Hello all, my name is Hristo Libchev\n\nDo not try to trade with pocketoptions.com\nWhy - becouse if you lose you are more then welcome, but if you win more than few hundred $ your account will be Blocked and won\u0027t get your profit.\nThe same thing happened with me:\nI DID REGISTER Last week with them, I did start with 250$, I did manage to make a profit a bit over 2000$, after that I request a withdraw of 1260$. After my withdraw request they asked me to \u0022provide a high-resolution photo of yourself (selfie) holding your ID document with a current date, \u0022PocketOption.com\u0022 and your signature on a sheet of paper.\u0022\nOf course I did that and they approved it, which was yesterday. TODAY I found my account Blocked, after I contacted them They refuse to unlocked my account and pay my profit and did not explain to me WHY they are doing this.\nI sent an email already to regulator \nAnd now I\u0027m informing all of you to not get burned just like me.

1000% Scam broker from January 27 till 31 jan, 2020. Whenever you place trade with this pocket broker you will find lag issues , sudden spikes and also unresponsiveness. On 31 jan, 2020 most users from pocket option loss their trades due to this issue. They told us we will refund it back after we fix this issues for our server. So I mailed their support team about my lost trades , due to lag during placing trades and sudden spikes.I also sent them screenshots. But those liars scammed me and they are refusing that lag ever happened. There are scammers. I will tell others not to trust them and trade with them. Report these kind of website to help others.

hi, i decided to come and write a review after my credit card has been stolen , frudulent activity , as soon as i put my information and my credit card that i never used before , it got stolen 48 hrs later , and someone bought ivisa for 466$. . my bank is hunting them now \nstay away by all means, from pocketoption these people they take all you information and they steal you after you pass verification .

Their no deposit bonus thing is totally a lie, they gave me 50$ and I turned it 5000$, so now they should be giving me the 50$ back, but when I tried to withdraw it they banned me, even after all my identitiy was verified. Stopped dealing with them after that.

These people are total dishonest, Once you have funds, forget about withdrawal. totally unprofessional behaviour. I have my funds stuck in for one week not been able to withdraw. Even after verification they seem to be reluctant and dishonest to release the funds. \nTo all those new traders I will highly \u0022not recommend\u0022 pocket option. Rather go for \u0022ayrex.com\u0022 or other else.\nI am speaking from my personal experience.
