I have been very pleased with the quality of the products and with customer service. The selection is excellent and all high quality name brand medications. Shipping is a little slow due to Covid 19 but this is not the fault of your service. Customers are informed ahead of time of the current delays. I will continue to use your website for medicinal needs.

To be honest I’ve never had any problems with Rupharma their customer service is great (always quick responses in a day). Their product’s especially Baclosan has always worked splendidly for my migraines without fail. The shipping is slightly slow but that is because their shipping from Russia so not their fault on that front. I love that they always offered tracked shipping so you know where your order is at all times. Overall I love Rupharma and will continue to keep coming back.

Excellent customer service. After complaining that my shipped 1% Semax solution had lost its potency during shipment, they offered to send a new bottle (with free shipping). 1% solution Semax isn’t cheap; rupharma easily saved me $100 here.
