Most of my orders were handled properly I would rate my experience for my earlier order to be 4.5/5 but my latest order was not mailed at once, first half of it was mailed initially and the rest was promised to be mailed soon. But I received no mail, when I emailed after one month of initial oder date the rupharma folks replied that they forgot to mail the rest of the order. And this time the mail takes forever, seems like it was mailed via cheaper means or something, I have still not received my order. The main pain point is that I had order planning my move to a new house, I had an additional month for the order to arrive, but it failed to arrive before I moved to new house. So now the order was mailed to old address and I am at my new house. BTW I was supposed to receive a bitcoin credit due to lower price of a substitute product that was mailed, which I never received.

Incredible fair bunch of people with excellent and honest services. They even refunded me when customs puppets working for government criminals seized my package. Once we destroy this world oppression dystopia, this will be my favorite company!

I feel that you have done any excellent job considering it was difficult to get mail to the US from Russia. You had good communication once we realized that the items were waiting for flights to resume from Russia to the US.
