Auszahlungen werden ständig trotz gültiger Kreditkarte abgelehnt. Unfähiger bis nicht vorhandener Kundenservice...diese Plattform gehört verboten!!!

E’ un po strano il funzionamento di questa piattaforma...provato per diverso tempo il conto demo, e dopo attenti studi le vincite arrivano costanti, forse segno che inizio a capirci qualcosa? Il bello arriva però all’apertura del conto reale, seguo studi attenti e scrupolosi...e perdo!! Seguo il trend...e perdo!! Vado contro corrente rispetto al trend...e perdo!! Vado a caso...e perdo!! Ma descrivo l’aspetto più “carino con un esempio:\n 1. apro una posizione in Send e questa per una giornata intera va in Bay ma..nello stesso momento in cui decido di chiudere e riaprire immediatamente in Bay come per magia, dopo un giorno intero che tale posizione va in Bay passa all’istante in Send..situazione che si presenta identica se richiudo e riapro la stessa posizione in senso opposto...prove fatte per giorni, ma il risultato non cambia.\nQuanto il conto viene ridotto ai “minimi termi” ecco realizzarsi una magia, la “pillolina” che ti fa contento, arriva qualche chiusura positiva, certo..essendo il tuo conto ormai ridotto, quel 3-4% che hai guadagnato fa ridere, ed ecco che, preso dalla speranza di rifarti decidi di continuare il”gioco”!! Ricostituisci il tuo credito nel tentativo di recuperare e..ops, nuova magia, appena il tuo credito è già bello e caricato ecco che alle prime aperture di qualunque posizione vai nuovamente giù di un 30% e anche oltre fino a prosciugare nuovamente il conto.\nQuello che vorrei dire e che, ipotizziamo che la colpa sia mia in quanto non adeguatamente preparato, ipotizziamo che chiunque senza capire nulla di trading vada ad aprire posizioni a caso, tentando semplicemente la fortuna, nulla di più sbagliato per carità, ma assolutamente impensabile e direi “disumano” che su 100 tentativi non ci sia un giro fortunato, specie se con il conto demo si presentava una situazione del tutto diversa...sarà colpa mia, probabile, ma questa è comunque una spiegazione della mia esperienza su IQ Option.\nAhh..dimenticavo, altra “chicca”..apro una posizione, la stessa sia in conto demo che in conto reale, appena pochi minuti prima che quella posizione inizi a dare risultati positivi IQ Option, con qualche ridicola spiegazione legata alle commissioni notturne mi chiude in automatico la posizione in conto reale lasciandomi in perdita, mentre quella stessa posizione in conto demo la trovo ancora aperta e in positivo..io questo lo chiamerei furto vero e proprio!!\nPerché questa recensione? Forse per la rabbia che mi siano stati rubati soldi in questo modo? No, per fortuna forse, o forse per attenzione al proprio denaro ho investito poco, ma si sembra giusto mettere in guardia chi, decidendo di “investire” i propri risparmi, magari messi da parte con enormi sacrifici potrebbe rischiare di cadere della disperazione più totale vedendosi sottrarre i propri soldi in maniera così meschina.\nE come da loro risposta (vedi sotto)..per farsi belli mi mandano pure un recapito email a cui scrivere..ma poi non rispondono..la prova di quel che sono

IQoption is scam.\nThey have not paid me getting to 2 months\n\ni mean i withdrew my deposit not even my profits, but they dont want to pay me.\nThey held my hard earn money which i deposited with them.\n\nThey delete comments on facebook and google playstore.\n\n\nif you check comments on their facebook page , you will realize, for example 70 comments, but if you click to expand and read the 70 comments, you will notice you can only see 8 good comments.\n\nThey have deleted all my comments against them severally and even blocked me from commenting.\n\nSecondly, they have removed Skrill because once you deposit using skrill, and want to make withdrawl, iqoption system will process it automatically. So because of this reason, they removed it, so they will only select people to pay which are only from Brazil.\n\nI have been with iqoption for 3 years, but since covid started, they stopped paying and are busy paying people to delete comments against them on all platforms which mine was deleted severally.\n\nSo stay clear from them. They dont operate in EUROPE and USA and russia.

I subscribed to IQ Option, i funded the account (with a new credit card that i received 3 weeks ago and never used yet), not a big amount, just enough to understand the platform before committing to bigger amounts then suddenly after 1 week my new never used yet card was charged in singapoor at likee.com ... !!!. IQ Option sold my card information with my address.. i live in UAE. Now tell me that this is secure.\nMy response after your answer: it is simple math: new never used credit card then i use it for the 1st time with IQ Option to fund my account then after 1 week it was used by unknown persons to purchase items online. Yes, i went to my bank and they confirmed that my cc infos were stolen and used many times, yes I went to the police and declared the theft. Again: it was never used before, only to fund the IQ Option account. Very simple, one of your employees sold my private supposedly secure information. IQ Option, take this seriously because it doesn\u0027t reflect in a positive way on your name.

Kundenservice rund um die Uhr. So heißt es auf der Webseite von IQOption. Und wir antworten auf jeden Anfrage. Die Realität ist eine ganze andere. Das Konto wird gesperrt und man soll sich mit dem Support in Verbindung setzen. Telefonisch ist sowieso nie jemand erreichbar. Habe mittlerweile 3 mal den Support angeschrieben und bekomme keine Antwort warum mein Konto gesperrt wurde. Schade das ich die Bewertungen hier nicht früher gelesen habe. Finger weg, falls ihr vorhattet euch da anzumelden.\n\n6 Tage später und ich warte immer noch auf die Rückmeldung. Habe meine Anfragen vor 3 Wochen gestellt. Zeit zu haben hier zu antworten, aber nicht auf Anfragen reagieren. Unfassbar diese Plattform.

IQ Option ist Betrug, mir es es mit der Kontosperrung und dem Einbehalten meines Guthabens genau so gegangen. Bevor das Konto geschlossen wurde habe ich zwei mal eine Auszahlung beantragt die immer wegen Identitätsgründen abgelehnt wird. Jetzt ist das genau so. Den Support kann man vergessen, die lesen die Schreiben überhaupt nicht und schicken nur Textkonserven als Antwort. Ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt hinzu ziehen und mich bei der Börsenaufsicht beschweren. Dann lernen sie meine Identität kennen.\nWenn fast 80% diesen Broker als ungenügend bewerten muss denen noch mal ein Licht aufgehen. Und IQ Option, bitte keine Antwort schicken in der AGB und unsachgemäßes Verhalten, bzw. Identitätsnachweis enthalten ist. Wir klären das wo anders.
