Bonjour, \nje ne suis pas le seul apparemment à m’être fait arnaquer par iqoption, j\u0027ai lu leur réponse, il aurait fallu que je réponde en temps et en heure à leurs mails, hors j\u0027ai dépassé de quelques jours (et même si j\u0027avais dépassé d\u0027un an, et alors???). \nDe quel droit avez vous supprimé mon compte et par dessus tout m\u0027avez vous par la même occasion volé, dérobé mes fonds disponibles?\nComment la France ne condamne t-elle pas fermement cette escroquerie avérée?

Sehr, sehr schlechter Support! Es meldet sich einfach keiner! Konten werden einfach gesperrt. Hochgeladen Dateien sind angeblich nicht leserlich?!?! Ich gehe auch davon aus, dass mein Geld auch weg ist. Ich verstehe nicht wie solchen Firmen eine Lizenz erteilt werden kann.

Lot\u0027s of hoops to jump through to get a payout, and you\u0027ll need to keep updating your credit card number before they issue any payments. Honestly, just don\u0027t do it. Also don\u0027t write to any \u0022support\u0022 email addresses given to you on this site.. they are all email scams.

Ich kann mich nur anschließen. Ich habe nun das 3. mal eine email an mehrere email Adressen geschickt und erhalte keine Antwort. Die geforderten Unterlagen hatte ich eingereicht, aber die werden wohl absichtlich nicht bearbeite.\nIch denke das Geld ist weg :-(

Horrible company. Literally stole $100 from me. They take for ever to answer and stop answering after some time. After asking a bunch of questions they still never gave me a reason for my account getting blocked.\n\nJust to answer to the IQ support; they did answer me lat as always and didnt give me a reason for months until leaving me on read. I had to email again and answer 40 million questions again and then they gave me no reason for stealing my money.
