2500 Euro einfach einbehalten und Account geschlossen.\n\nSo funktioniert Betrug. \nFinger weg von diesem Broker!!!!!\n\n\n\nDie Antwort hier unten ist lächerlich...natürlich kein Betrug im klassischen Sinne sondern Betrug in dem Accounts einfach grundlos geschlossen werden!\nDas nennt man auch indirekten Betrug.

Ho visto il video tutorial su un noto sito e sono rimasto incuriosito. Ho aperto una trading demo su iq option e per ora col conto demo vado a gonfie vele. Sarà cosi anche con il trading real ? Per ora metto 4 stelle e mi riservo il diritto di aggiornare la recensione tra qualche settimana.

Auch hier die gleiche Masche: Angeblich ist die Verifikation fehlgeschlagen oder nicht erneuert worden. Mein Account wurde gesperrt. Eine erneute Aktivierung sei nun auch trotz Verifikation nicht möglich. \nIrgendwann kam eine Mail mit dem Inhalt: \u0022benachrichtigung über ihr ausstehendes nicht beanspruchtes guthaben\u0022. Bei Nichtbeanspruchung werden Strafgebühren fällig! Ich wollte es dann beanspruchen und muss dafür drei Fragen beantworten, die ich auch nachweißlich richtig beantwortet habe. Dann kommt eine Mail, dass Anfragen nicht doppelt gestellt werden soll und danach wieder die Mail mit den drei Fragen. Dabei habe ich nur auf die Mail von IQ-Option geantwortet.\nHier ist der Wille gar nicht da, das Geld tatsächlich auszuzahlen!\nJetzt soll mir keiner von IQ-Ooption hier die AGB vorhalten. Ich akzeptiere die Accountsperrung wegen nicht Verifikation. Das erklärt aber nicht warum das Geld nicht ausgezahlt wird. Hier unterstelle ich methodisches Vorgehen, um die in der Mail angekündigten Strafgebühren abzukassieren, bis kein Geld mehr auf meinem Account vorhanden ist.

Deposited £100 in January 2018 bought Ripple XRP are a price of £2.92. The price of Ripple exponentially dropped so I decided to leave it in my account and wait for it to rise. \nI decided in the past week to log into IQ Options to check on my coins but when I tried to log in I got a message ‘account blocked’. \nI have since emailed IQ Options support to find out my account has been blocked and my coins sold because in 2019 I was apparently sent ‘one’ email asking me to verify my account? I don’t know why I would need to randomly verify my account as I did all this when I opened and deposited funds. \nI believe them claiming one email is adequate for them to close an account and sell all my coins as completely unacceptable and fraudulent! I have asked them why they didn’t call the number attached to my account for something so serious to which they haven’t responded.\nI have also tried to contact both numbers registered to England but it is just an automated messages saying all English speaking agents are busy with other customers and they will contact very soon but it doesn’t give you an option to leave your name and contact number, it also said contact them through the live chat but I cannot as my account is blocked! I will continue to contact them daily until something is done about this.

I’ve been trying to get my money out for over a year now each time I try they tell me that I need to upload a document for proof of address now I’ve been told the address has been verified and I can get the money out but the card I was using has expired so they just need to verify that, they’ve now said they verified it and I’ve logged in to get my money out and then it says account blocked, I’ve emailed again to ask why my account is blocked and been ignored, I will be reporting this to the fraud team and the financial Ombudsman

Had a very bad experience with my account which got closed (no idea why!) without adequate communication. Thankfully I didn’t loose a lot as I just was playing with the app. Stay away from these guys.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Konto geöffnet, Verifikation eigentlich erfolgreich abgeschlossen, dann mehrere Monate eingezahlt und genutzt. Dann habe ich das Konto ein wenig ruhen lassen und es wurde mit dem Hinweise gesperrt, dass meine Verifkation abgelehnt wurde. Die erhaltene Hilfe vom Support war unterirdisch (schreibt einfach nicht zurück) und letztendlich war ich nicht in der Lage wieder Zugriff zu meinem Konto zu erhalten. \nOb mit Absicht oder nicht... das ist ein absolutes No Go für einen Geld verwaltenden Anbieter.
