Very good company

The prices of getting the tourist visa is very fast, unfortunately I didn't got information that I will need the original document, so I had to wait on the airport on the passport control someone from the agency to bring the original document, for which I had to pay additional and not only the taxi ride. It was nice of them to come to the airport but I think in the feature they should give this information that peopel should have the original document of the tourist Vaucher and not the email copy of it.

Clear, simple, fast. Just a thing : when I printed the document the signature seems in a blue square what obliged me to ask for an original.

Good

We had very good service from iVisa

Peggy Опубликовано 17.09.2017

We had very good service from iVisa. Our problem (which was not iVisa's fault) was that we use library computers to print the invitation and the library security would not let us open the attachment. I'm assuming this was because the e mail came from Russia. So, from our laptop at home, I e mailed the invitations to my partner and then printed them from his e mail. Anyway, iVisa was fast and efficient. They responded quickly when I communicated that I couldn't open the attachment.

Very prompt and efficient service
