My daughter and I took a cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg in September. \nExpress to Russia was very helpful at every step. They were the first to respond when I\u0027d googled several companies for information, and I believe it was the only personal response. Galina shepherded us from that first inquiry through several false starts on our part through the visa process to the final trip. I\u0027ve already recommended them to other people.

My wife and I, together with a single friend completed a river cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow in September. As this was our first time in Russia there were many unknowns - all of which were well handled by the Russian travel agent Express to Russia.\nThey answered all questions by return email and were easy to contact by phone as Elena and the other staff all spoke excellent English. \nThey assisted with additional information on trips within both Moscow and St Petersburg and even arranged for the invitation letter required to obtain a Russian visa from Australia - including the fact that we extended the trip by staying another 8 days in the two cities - all very well handled and absolutely appreciated.\nThe interaction was fabulous and all the arrangements worked seamlessly as they had promised.\nI would definitely use Express to Russia again

Astrakhan to Moscow by boat.\nWhen we started to plan our trip we looked at several web sites. Express to Russia struck us as the clearest. As our booking progressed we were guided very step of the way. The boat was great.\nWe are both very anti food waste. We found the system where one ordered one\u0027s dinner choices for the next day a great way of cutting down on excess food being prepared.

I very much enjoyed my experience with Express to Russia. The guides were great and the tours covered major sites with excellent commentary. They were also very helpful and did an excellent job arranging pre and post independent .travel.I would highly recommend\nto others using Express to Russia

We did the river cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg. The cruise was great and the english speaking guides were extremely knowledgeable and spoke very clear english. Our only negative would be that as there were only 11 english speaking guests on our cruise and our on-board director didn\u0027t give us the same information that the norgewian or french continguent got. I cannot fault \u0022Express Russia\u0022. I would however warn people about taxi drivers in Russia. Be very careful and make sure you get a price for the ride before you get into a taxi and stay well clear of the \u0022Taxi Marshall\u0022. We paid 10,000 rubles for an 18 minute ride from Moscow airport to our hotel.

We used Express to Russia to book our recent cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow. I found the staff to be excellent in all ways. Responses to my questions were always prompt and polite, even when my questions were stupid since the answers had already been included in information given and I had not read it closely enough. They arranged the visa invitation so I could apply for our visas, as soon as I asked. I had no worries at all about booking our cruise with them
