Trip to Moscow and St Petersburg

We booked a trip to Moscow and St Petersburg with Express to Russia. They worked closely with us to customize the trip to our needs and communication over email was prompt and clear. We saw more sights than in any of the group tours and learned a lot about Russian history, culture and art from the excellent guides. The guides and drivers were punctual, courteous and professional and everything went smoothly Highly recommended.

Excellent service, knowledge and efficiency from initial booking request thru to clients very last day in Moscow. This is the second group to have had travel, tours, hotels, cruise and visas arranged. All worked smoothly. Passionate tour guides with extraordinary knowledge, Drivers with flair and personality. Highly recommended.

Express to Russia did a great job helping me reserve a multi-segment train trip across Russia. Buying train tickets in Russia is unfortunately harder than in other countries, but the company is very helpful in navigating the process and usually answered my questions the same day or within a few hours, despite an 11 hour time zone difference with my home in the US. We had a great trip and everything worked out well, so I encourage others to give it a try!!

Very reactive and efficient for the purchase of several train tickets between Moscow and Beijing\nRe-confirmation of the pick-up process at the Ulan-Bator office is recommended

we booked on the internet. was a bit doubtful whether food will be available on economy +. and a minimum was served. hostesses friendly though not all speak english. ride was a bit shaky at times because of the rail(not like in France for the tgv). cabin clean. the best to go to St Petersburg. beware of the taxis at station claiming 3 times more. ask the hotel to send you a taxi.

We just returned from a trip to Moscow and St Petersburg arranged by Express to Russia and Yulia. \nI could not be more pleased with how it went. Everything was as hoped and exceeded expectations. Our two guides were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke close to perfect English. They also gave us the ability to opt in or out of some activities which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this company without reservations.\nA minor suggestion: Advise customers to drink bottled water only.\nThe hotel employees did not tell us that either but luckily we asked and then were told not to drink tap water.

We just returned from Saint Petersburg where Express to Russia helped us plan a fantastic tour. It was amazing! The itinerary was great and our guide really made a difference- she was super knowledgeable and cheerfully answered all of our questions (even those posed by our teenagers). Our hotel was lovely too and had a fantastic spa facility. Everything was well organized and timely, they were even responsive via email which I appreciated given the challenge of planning a trip from so m ay timezones away. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
