My contact with iVisa

Sylvia J. Опубликовано 05.07.2017

My recent contacts with iVisa was initially insufficient, because I had no experience using this service, but once I got the hang of it, it worked very well. The staff is friendly and, I think, conscientiously doing their job. I didn't know that the official invitation isn't enough, that one also needs to prepare and send iVisa a detailed travel programme, on which they put the official stamp, and which has to accompany the official invitation. If I had known this before, I could have saved myself another trip to the Russian Visa Agency.

Seemed quite a straightforward process but I guess the proof of the pudding will only be clear once we visit the embassy.

The service and customer team are quick in terms of answering queries but could be improved by calling the customers

Your site could have informed me that you were the "host" organisation for the purpose of filling in visa form. I goofed on that one and had to pay extra for getting online visa form "corrected" or "modified". Thanks anyway and thanks to Nevsky Grand Hotel for directing me to your site. Don't you think 2000 rubies is excessive charge for the service? -- Neena Vyas

I only had trouble with their payment channels. Kept trying with different credit / debit cards and finally got through.
Delivery is immediate after payment, really good !
Prices should be reduced a bit, still pricey.
