Too complicated.Unclear as to what information is required especially the travel company part. When part filled wanted to leave it and come back. Was able to do this only once... Then as I had to leave it to find other information it would not let me back in and I had to start all over again. Not very good at all. Very poor. Has almost put me off visiting Russia.

UNABLE TO PAY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ORDER PROCESS

The process was excellent until the stage where it came for ‘Payment’ when each option I pressed to pay came up blank. Tried in a number of occasions and in different devices.\nA ‘reminder’ e-mail to pay came through when I was then able to pay via that e-mail.\nDisappointing that I couldn’t complete the transaction in one smooth operation like it should have been.\nI was about to seek an alternative provider for invitations when that e-mail reminder came through.\nThis needs to be sorted out and fast.
