Great service but I did not like how I was charged more than the invoice price. Customer support did her best to help the situation. Great product though.

I bought sone valveshims for my KZ 750 (3 stk.) and payed IT by Pay Pal. So long everything was OK,but after som dans I got a bill from UPS of about 35 €. So I ended up with a total cost of more than 90€ for these 3 shims. When I order parts from other places I dont Get this extra bill from UPS. Ottherwise I am happy.
