Choice, and delivery time were excellent. Replies to questions were adequate and timely. The only small improvement on the website would be adding the ability to zoom in on schematics to better identify parts.

Very simply - MegaZip provided me excellent service in supplying valve springs for my Toyota Hilux engine. I think it was my good fortune that the parts were available from the MegaZip Japan warehouse so order to shipping time was relatively quick. Also the quality and timeliness of feedback and updates from were excellent. \nOverall this first time experience with MegaZip was quite satisfying.

Megazip is the holy grail of hard to find OEM car parts. I have been able to find parts for my car that are sold out or discontinued on other websites. What\u0027s even more amazing is how fast I receive my parts after I place my order. The prices are good and shipping is fast. This website is an awesome online store for car parts.

I still cannot believe how fast my parts were shipped from Japan. The records show that they were shipped on the 18th FedEx Priority Air, and they were delivered the next afternoon. Great communication and tracking from the time the order was placed, until delivery. Very pleased with how the OEM Toyota parts were packed, and best price anywhere including shipping. Great first experience with MegaZip!
