First, and maybe the last time

I am buying for the first time from this seller.
Communication is going terrible slow. Waited for an answer of my questions for a week. Even when I called the contact center, the employed did not speak English, only Russian. When I finally find my part, and made an order and payment, waited for one week more to get an additional info that I will have to pay an EXTRA amount for delivery. When I tried to change delivery method, the answer was that that is not possible, because only Fed Ex will deliver my order, even I got orders from China, Lithuania, GB and other countries with no problem(taking in consideration Covid 19). They offer me discount on higher prices that were actually in the time of ordering and paying, so any way, you'll have to make an extra payment if you want to get your order. When everything was finished as I was told, waited for another 7 days to ship my order. Than less than a month for delivery.
Finally got my order, everything was as described, genuine Toyota parts, well packed. Will reconsider for my future orders.
The ONLY advantage of Megazip is that they are offering genuine parts, for reasonable prices. Nothing more, nothing less.

Overall a Satisfactory Experience

Part was OEM. There were some delays in receiving due to international shipments and customs. The only minor setback was calling customer service and being completely out of sync with operating hours. Also, when I was able to get through and speak with someone, communications was a minor issue due to language spoken.

Understanding and accept consignment…

Understanding and accept consignment delay due to C19, everything was all good however one item in the consignment was faulty and your staff made every effort to ensure that a satisfactory resolution was impossible.

Almost perfect

Part was good. I have two problems though:

- I was not told beforehand that the cheap shipping option is not available because of the coronavirus which forced me to use the more expensive option.

- The staff were helpful, however they couldn't verify the part visually but only by part number and VIN

Good item, slow processing

The item was exactly as ordered and works as expected. My issue and the reason for only 3 stars is shipping. The item took almost 2 calendar weeks to be shipped. This is before it left their facility. The site said 3-5 business days. Once it was on the way it didn't take any longer than expected.
