Slow Shipping

Have ordered from the Megazip site in Japan with no problem. Ordered small motorcycle parts from the American Megazip site on Dec 25th. Shipping to my home in Cambodia was $65.00 for $40. worth of parts. It took them a month to ship and now on Feb. 10th I still haven\u0027t gotten the parts. So much for $65.00 worth of Express delivery.

Needed. Yamaha parts told not available by dealer or cmsl and other sources. \nFound this outfit, items there listed in stock to order. Was going to pay but thought will\nCheck 1st. Good job I did. Not available !\nTook 3 days to reply so not a lot of faith in them .

I ordered the part it takes awhile to get it paid and part pulled. I was under the impression that I was ordering a complete egr assembly with the valve and egr cooler that is what was in the description. What I received was only the cooler no egr valve included. As far as timing I knew it would be a while and I was fine with that being it\u0027s halfway across the world.

Low-balled into paying extra delivery cost

Their base part prices are great. Shipping is \u0022ok\u0022. However their website only calculates shipping based on weight. If the volume exceeds a certain ratio, they send you an email a few days later saying \u0022pay the difference\u0022 and this delays the whole order and made it cost more than it would have cost to get parts locally.\n\nEDIT: Thanks for the reply, Megazip. No doubt the pandemic has put pressure on, however the fact that the website only calculates by one method, but then your warehouse calculates by another doesn\u0027t give your customers confidence that the final price on your website is indeed final. Even if you had a range of \u0022expect delivery to cost $20-$40\u0022 for example, this would help your customers evaluate whether to proceed.

Technical support not helpful, returns (to Russia) difficult \u0026 expensive

Technical support not very helpful, when asked for help distinguishing between 6 part variants with exactly the same drawn diagram for each. Meant I had to order all six and return 5. They\u0027re not happy for any returns, and make it very difficult (\u0026 costly) to return (to Russia). Think twice

Ordered a part and paid for it. Next day Megazip emailed me to inform me that my part was unavailable. I requested that they refund my money, 4 times now. Not one response until after I posted negative review. May try again sometime but shouldn\u0027t say it is in stock if it\u0027s not.

to be honest i thought it was abetter service and easier to use than impex auto but i think i am wrong i order parts then they say they are not shipping to Barbados due to the covid19 through the EMS service and that i would have to pay additional money to ship with FedEx and then pay customs to clear i ask them if they would ship to the USA and they say yes but no one have contacted me sense and i already pay my money this service sucks real talk cause impex auto notified me they are not taking orders because they are not shipping by tomorrow and no reply i shall ask for my refund i cant be buying and begging the same time

Great parts and packaging. Contact if issues with order is poor

Packaging and time it took to get it once it shipped was great once again. BUT the fact that when one item in my order was out of stock(meanwhile said all in stock when I placed order) I never got contacted by anyone. And personally I think the 7-11 processing time is long as I run a shipping department and do international orders and it never takes that long to process and ship the orders out

I WAS TOLD THE SHIPPMENTWOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS IT TOOK 12 WEEKS. THE ENGINE WAS GOOD WHEN IT ARRIVED. IT WAS INSTALLED AND RAN WELL FOR 15HRS. THE CAM TENSIONER BROKE AND DESTROYED THE HEAD. IT APPEARS THE TENSIONER WAS OLD. I MADE MEGA AWARE OF THE ISUUE AND RECIVED NO FEEDBACK OR REPLY AT ALL. I HAD TO PUT ANOTHER HEAD ON THE ENGINE AT MY COST. THE OVERALL TIME DELAYS WITH THE FREIGHT AND THE TENSIONER COST ME CONSIDERABLE MONEY.
