Listed parts unavailable!

This site lists unavailable parts then apoligizes for the inconvenience, great at getting back to you but rubbish as a site when you're looking for specific items that are hard to find, whole site needs to be updated, basically it's hit and miss for me, waste of my time.

I ordered 1400 dollars of parts only to be told the manufacturer didn't have 90% of them. Not good. Why advise parts you do not have. Very dissatisfied.

Paid twice for same item

Fred Kramden Опубликовано 17.06.2019

I recently bought a pair of KYB rear shocks from Megazip. After installation the shocks made loud noises while going over small bumps or divots. I contacted them, and they basically said nothing could be done for me. I even offered to send the KYB shocks back to them so that they could examine them.I told them I would pay for the shipping. But this too was refused by them. So I bought another pair of shocks, different brand from another company and had them installed by the same mechanic. Now they are working great. Moral of the story "I had to pay twice for my shocks, thanks to Megazip".
Thanks Megazip
Tod M Sparks
( Your unhappy customer)

Unfortunately it was a bed and costly experience for me.
You sent a wrong spare part is not fitting and I had to purchase another one from different store to fix it.
