right part number, wrong parts.

Unsatisfied Опубликовано 19.09.2020

ordered the parts with a part number from the parts book that came with my mower and the numbers matched on your website. Unfortunately the parts do not match the numbers since the rear wheels I received were for a push mower not a self-propelled mower. Requested a refund and was told to receive it I would have to send the parts to a place in russia, which would cost more than the useless parts themselves. I believe you do not get many returns, very smart.

Update - Megazip did contact me with a local address to ship the wrong parts to with a tracking number. They did refund me the cost of the parts but shipping both ways was on me. I guess if all I lost was the shipping they did alright by me.

Return impossible

They sent my part in a timely manner. It is not the right part though. I have contacted them repeatedly to make the return, which their website says can be done within thirty days off receiving the item, and no one will answer my emails.

It might be the spare parts system but…

It might be the spare parts system but it sucks so I want to highlight that.
Ordered 1 spare part of one of the top sellers current yamaha bikes and after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for it to be shipped (from Japan so it will take a while, but isn't yamaha in Japan at least?)
Maximum handling time 5 business days was stated when I placed the order and we are already two full weeks after. Max delivery date 19th of August and it won't be even sent by that time.
Good communication deserves the one star

Terrible service. In stock but no delivery after five weeks.

I ordered the part on 5th July 2020 from USA as the Megazip website said it was in stock.
It is now 11th August 2020 and still nothing has arrived.
This is terrible service.

Payed for never got
My parts

Took weeks to get, nickle sized item was almost 30 bucks in shipping.

Sean Опубликовано 10.08.2020

Took weeks to get, shipping was a scam by seller. Almost 30 bucks to send soemthing the size of a nickle.

You've lost any future business

Thanks for asking

Thanks for asking, I've been searching for brake pad wear indicators for my hiace. Unfortunately, I thought these clips I ordered were wear indicators. Do you know if a mechanical indicator exists ?? I have seen sets of pads with an electronic wear indicator on one pad only (bet the pads without the indicator wear out first :), but, does my vehicle have the sensors ??

Cheers,
Allan Wells.
