Purchased nos parts that were LISTED on their site!\nReceived a cancellation email! Not available from the manufacturer! \nI knew this, that\u0027s why I\u0027ve spent days looking at other sites! \nWaiting for my refund!! \nIf you have an old bike, I\u0027d do a check on availability of parts first through this site!\nPoor way to run a business.

paid for parts of a shock and a damper. \ndamper is no longer produced but got this info months after purchase. asked for refund but they are now claiming they hold the stock so there is no refunds available. load of donkey nuts. scum of the earth cheats. do not trust that they can supply all goods.,

the part ordered which was delivered did not conform to the original part of my Yamaha engine .. Megazip took 4 days to send a feedback .. and finally somebody named MaryS ended up telling me that the part I needed was no longer done and that the one sent could correspond and should work ... but after tests .. it does not work .... my engine stalls and does not restart .. Megazip since no longer responds ... I spent 2,500 usd for a non-compatible spare part .. and not working on my engine and not a word from Megazip to offer me an alternative or a refund ... I was spending a lot of money on the site. online since few years ... I am very désappointed by this lake attitude .. and very angry to not have any feedback .... \nthis is not fare ....

I was not happy with the packaging the texture coat was not dry properly so it has impressions of the packaging in the flairs the news paper they wrapped in is stuck to them it took 15 hours of modifying them to get a half decent fit and one is still not the best i was not happy with the survice when i had bought it up with the compony and i still had to pay postage for a replacement set plus send the old ones back before they would send new ones wich after waiting 6 weeks for the first set was going to make it almost 4 months in total to get flaires on my landcruiser i am not impressed and would not deal with that company again

ordered the parts with a part number from the parts book that came with my mower and the numbers matched on your website. Unfortunately the parts do not match the numbers since the rear wheels I received were for a push mower not a self-propelled mower. Requested a refund and was told to receive it I would have to send the parts to a place in russia, which would cost more than the useless parts themselves. I believe you do not get many returns, very smart.\n\nUpdate - Megazip did contact me with a local address to ship the wrong parts to with a tracking number. They did refund me the cost of the parts but shipping both ways was on me. I guess if all I lost was the shipping they did alright by me.

I did not recieve my order. I bought the part a month ago and still not recieve it. I have sent messages and email still no response. The tracking number provided said delivered eventhough I am here desperate for my part and no one cares enough to respond or help. I paid my hard earned cash. They sent my part in a timely manner. It is not the right part though. I have contacted them repeatedly to make the return, which their website says can be done within thirty days off receiving the item, and no one will answer my emails.

The parts were the complete wrong parts for the bike they told me to return them but they are trying to charge me another 800 dollars just to send the 800 dollar prts and get the same money i basically spent to send the prts back and loose out on the money for the parts terrible website
