It might be the spare parts system but it sucks so I want to highlight that.\nOrdered 1 spare part of one of the top sellers current yamaha bikes and after 2 weeks I\u0027m still waiting for it to be shipped (from Japan so it will take a while, but isn\u0027t yamaha in Japan at least?)\nMaximum handling time 5 business days was stated when I placed the order and we are already two full weeks after. Max delivery date 19th of August and it won\u0027t be even sent by that time.\nGood communication deserves the one star

Terrible service. In stock but no delivery after five weeks.

I ordered the part on 5th July 2020 from USA as the Megazip website said it was in stock.\nIt is now 11th August 2020 and still nothing has arrived.\nThis is terrible service.

Took weeks to get, shipping was a scam by seller. Almost 30 bucks to send soemthing the size of a nickle. \n\nYou\u0027ve lost any future business

Thanks for asking, I\u0027ve been searching for brake pad wear indicators for my hiace. Unfortunately, I thought these clips I ordered were wear indicators. Do you know if a mechanical indicator exists ?? I have seen sets of pads with an electronic wear indicator on one pad only (bet the pads without the indicator wear out first :), but, does my vehicle have the sensors ??\n\nCheers,\nAllan Wells.

Complete wrong parts sent even though I selected them from the listing for the right model and year. Then asked to send the parts back to a random address in Russia which seemed to take forever. I will not be using there services again because 3 months is too long to wait. Also communication is extremely slow

Terrible experience! Ordered June 27th, after 2 weeks I emailed \u0022where is my order?\u0022 They said 9-15 business days, it has been 18 business days so I emailed them this morning, no response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. These people have stolen $60.

I ordered some parts for my Mitsubishi l200 June 25th. Got the invoice and paid for it. They sent me a message that my order was processed and shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me was shipped to united states of America. Where some guy picked it up. I haven\u0027t got my parts and no reply from customer service. Have got screenshots of it all. Will contact my local police department if they don\u0027t reply.

Disaster, never again. I am from Slowenia and I ordered six weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped, two weeks ago I still had to pay extra for another delivery, but still nothing.
