Still No Order Information

I ordered two item at the beginning on the month and have STILL been given no information about shipping or processing. It’s getting outright ridiculous now as I have been messaging the website ensuring it would be shipped. “Svetlana” has no idea what she was talking about as it was a white lie that she sent to me that it would be “PROCESSED AND SHIPPED BY THE 20th”\n\nSeriously. A GODAMN LIE TO A CUSTOMER !!!!

Yamaha motorcycle parts order....\nGot a message that there is a minimum quantity on a part order. I made an order from 1 warehouse and then messaged that a part has to come from japan for an additional $$ shipping. And another email with more parts unavailable..... useless 2-5 day refund too...Next time I’ll save my self the grief and make the order through Partszilla.

The part caused 2 codes to go off on my car. Plus turned my traction control off. On top of that I’m unhappy because you do not have a customer service number to call that speaks in English. People spend millions with you and your to cheap to hire someone to give a much better customer experience. Now that I have to pay a mechanic to have to fix my car and spend hundreds I will be stuck with the bill. You will not do what’s right and pay for your mistake. Just like every other company. Customer gets screwed as usual. So thank you for the terrible experience. 0 star rated is your company

Items were sent to wrong location, took 8 weeks to then get redirected to us only to arrive damaged an not useable.\n\nVery poor experience, despite making regular orders no reasonable solution was offered\n\nWill NOT be purchasing from this company again.

This site lists unavailable parts then apoligizes for the inconvenience, great at getting back to you but rubbish as a site when you\u0027re looking for specific items that are hard to find, whole site needs to be updated, basically it\u0027s hit and miss for me, waste of my time.

I ordered 1400 dollars of parts only to be told the manufacturer didn\u0027t have 90% of them. Not good. Why advise parts you do not have. Very dissatisfied.

Paid twice for same item

I recently bought a pair of KYB rear shocks from Megazip. After installation the shocks made loud noises while going over small bumps or divots. I contacted them, and they basically said nothing could be done for me. I even offered to send the KYB shocks back to them so that they could examine them.I told them I would pay for the shipping. But this too was refused by them. So I bought another pair of shocks, different brand from another company and had them installed by the same mechanic. Now they are working great. Moral of the story \u0022I had to pay twice for my shocks, thanks to Megazip\u0022.\nThanks Megazip \nTod M Sparks \n( Your unhappy customer)

Most of the time when i order from megazip order processing time is very long most of the cases some of the items turns out to be out of stock and a reversal happens, i am facing this issue on multiple orders not only a single one
