The parts are perfect and appear genuine in all detail. Shipping times are reasonable. Customer support is great in my experience.\nThe only downside: quantities are sometimes not clear. I ordered some screws thinking the quantity was the one indicated on the diagram, and ended up receiving one screw of each. Bottom line, I had to place a second order and pay shipping fees again, which are substantially higher than the cost of the screws.

Everything was great but delivery was very sketchy. Need a better update on how long it will take to be delivered, also understand that covid 19 is playing a major part of the hold up. As a business we need to tell customers a more accurate way of delivery times. Thank for your help, deal again soon.

Great source for hard to acquire Japanese car parts

It\u0027s great to have a source for purchasing parts for older Japanese cars, especially for Suzuki\u0027s, like my SX4, that no longer sell into the US market. It is, however, frustrating that that time one has to wait for an order to be filled before it is shipped is SO VERY long, both times I ordered my taking almost TWO MONTHS!! In our small, small world, that seems crazy. Nevertheless, the MegaZip keeps you informed and always responds to your questions, so that\u0027s good.

Your site took a little bit of work to get use to. I plan to use it more often. I\u0027m a little more conserned about the freight time, but I can live with it. Other than parts can you also give tech support.

Experience overall was good. From ease of ordering to customer service. Parts came within a reasonable time period. Only negative was that a handful of parts I ordered were no longer available. I found that out dats after placing the order. CS was helpful but imagine my disappointment finding out after the fact that the hard to get parts I thought I finally found are actually unavailable. :(

Top quality, correct oem parts for a difficult to source application. Processing time felt excessive BUT we are dealing with a global pandemic. Things are not exactly normal. I would buy from again.
