took too long for them to realize some parts we\u0027re unavailable which extended the delivery quite a bit, still they were very cordial, the refunds were quick and the estimated delivery date was still within the range.

Megazip is a credible company

Megazip is a credible company, delivers the products correctly. I have to make a consideration about my purchases, because here in Brazil taxes are expensive, 60% is charged on the sum of the value of the item plus shipping cost, making the product very expensive.

A word to the wise

At this stage there was nothing I wanted that you could not supply, However I did notice that a lot of parts for my engine were no longer available,Other wise customer service was amongst the best I have received anywhere, If I had to complain And I do not, it would be about delivery times, I would have thought most people who need a spare part because like me they could not use their boat, So when I see an item takes 7-11 days just handling time I have to wonder why? I expect that from China but that usually means little to no shipping costs.\nBefore I found Megazip I ordered some parts from the USA ,but they arrived within 6 days, Shipping cost, were very high though. Also delivery was twice the distance as from Russia, and Japan which is on the same Continent.
