Great communication throughout the process. Product was exactly what I thought it would be and packaged well. My only issue was how long it took to actually ship the product. That took longer than the length of time the product was actually in transit.

Customer service was top notch, immediate responses to my questions, and quick delivery of product. Shipping is expensive since coming from Japan to US during pandemic but discount more than offset shipping versus purchase in US. Highly recommended!

Service was OK and item received in timely fashion.\nYet I believe that the period between receiving the order and shipping can be shorten (Order received in Jul 29 but shipping was at Aug 6).
