Hi, I have receive my part in good order. I was mostly happy accept when you asked for more freight money. You would have known freight issue first, it just does not look good to ask for more money where as asking for that money in the first place would have meet with me paying what was required but a really happy customer. Having said all that, thanks for the part \u0026 the quick service.

At first I wasn\u0027t even sure if this site was for real but I\u0027m glad I took a leap of faith. I have an old Japanese car from the 90\u0027s that required an OEM part that has been discontinued. I searched for months from all US suppliers and none carry it anymore. To my surprise, I found this site recently indicating they carried it. \n\nBeing skeptical, I emailed them first to make sure they truly have the part in stock before I\u0027d place the order. They replied quickly and attentively. I believe they are located in Japan which in my past experience some establishments are not comfortable responding in English, but these guys wrote me in perfect English which improved my confidence that there wouldn\u0027t be miscommunication. Due to the Covid pandemic affecting Japan\u0027s postal services, they even researched for me the best carrier to use for shipping at that particular time. \n\nI placed the order and crossed my finger. I was delighted that my parts arrived very quickly and it was indeed OEM made in Japan. Fit my car like a glove.\n\nSo yes, these guys are legit. I will look them up in the future for OEM parts, particularly for those parts that are hard to find.

Ordered and shipped promptly from Japan to Canada. Goods arrived as expected and quicker than all orders from Canada and USA! A bit expensive but came through with quality OEM rare part!

right part number, wrong parts.

ordered the parts with a part number from the parts book that came with my mower and the numbers matched on your website. Unfortunately the parts do not match the numbers since the rear wheels I received were for a push mower not a self-propelled mower. Requested a refund and was told to receive it I would have to send the parts to a place in russia, which would cost more than the useless parts themselves. I believe you do not get many returns, very smart.\n\nUpdate - Megazip did contact me with a local address to ship the wrong parts to with a tracking number. They did refund me the cost of the parts but shipping both ways was on me. I guess if all I lost was the shipping they did alright by me.

I’ve used mega zip for the last 3 years for my Mitsubishi Montero decent prices and great for hard to find parts. Would be great if they could find or work on getting some of the parts that been discontinued that eventually fail on everyone’s old Monteros. These are becoming collectors and are so fun to drive.
