The order & package was full and complete.

The order & package was full and complete. No complaints or gripes about the service, method, despatch, tracking and packaging. Orderig on the webite is easy, with full overview of pricing and breakdown. Having 2 supply points, the USA & Japan, means you can choose from where you want delivery made, both have minor price differences but IF you choose both for the same order there are two consignment charges. For the 'difficult to identify' or 'difficult to aquire' this is the 'go to' site for exact part, year, model identification.

Great overall experience but packaging could be improved.

Products were as specified and all original manufacturer parts as advertised, staff support in verifying stock and correcting any errors was also great, parts sourcing and order preparation did take a while but my parts were for a rather old and rare vehicle so I guess it's understandable. Shipping delays and costs were reasonable given the number and size of some of the parts but I felt packaging was a bit botched as small parts like bearings and clips were placed loose inside of a much larger box with no packing peanuts, bubble wrap or recycled paper filling. The large box got punctured and torn and I was lucky none of the small parts came out. Despite this my overall experience with Megazip was very good. Chances are I'll be ordering from them again.

I have been a customer for this site since last year and I'm pleased with the service. Had little issues that were promptly and professionally dealt with so overall it's a good place to shop.

Excellent site to discover original spare parts and those missing little pieces for your bike. Delivery took couple of weeks, but now I'm riding my bike fixed with quality parts that fit and keep your bike performing like it was meant to.

Good except shipping time

Good experience except the time until the order was shipped, about one week.

The purchasing experience was great

The purchasing experience was great. The parts are genuine and they fit exactly. The shipping time was very quick, but I thought it was a bit high. I would definitely purchase from MegaZip again and recommend them to everyone.
