Customer service was excellent in assisting me to find the right part for my vehicle, very good communication. Order took a bit longer than ordinary to be confirmed \u0026 shipping went a bit over the 10 days stated by Mega Zip. The part was very well packaged though. I would give 5 star for packaging \u0026 communication. Order confirmation \u0026 shipping speed is where they lost a star from me. Overall is was a pretty good experience....Thank you Mega Zip!!!

received the spares in 1 week. unfortunatly one of the electric plugs received was not as per order. I sent a mail with photos an the correct description to the seller and less than a week later i received the correct part at no charge.

The order \u0026 package was full and complete. No complaints or gripes about the service, method, despatch, tracking and packaging. Orderig on the webite is easy, with full overview of pricing and breakdown. Having 2 supply points, the USA \u0026 Japan, means you can choose from where you want delivery made, both have minor price differences but IF you choose both for the same order there are two consignment charges. For the \u0027difficult to identify\u0027 or \u0027difficult to aquire\u0027 this is the \u0027go to\u0027 site for exact part, year, model identification.

Great overall experience but packaging could be improved.

Products were as specified and all original manufacturer parts as advertised, staff support in verifying stock and correcting any errors was also great, parts sourcing and order preparation did take a while but my parts were for a rather old and rare vehicle so I guess it\u0027s understandable. Shipping delays and costs were reasonable given the number and size of some of the parts but I felt packaging was a bit botched as small parts like bearings and clips were placed loose inside of a much larger box with no packing peanuts, bubble wrap or recycled paper filling. The large box got punctured and torn and I was lucky none of the small parts came out. Despite this my overall experience with Megazip was very good. Chances are I\u0027ll be ordering from them again.
