Ease of ordering is nice. Would be nice to be able to store multiple addresses. Because I live in Japan I have to contact customer service every time I order to change my address because of outrageous shipping quote during checkout. Items are generally shipped faster and are less expensive from the UAE warehouses, yet it’s a Japanese product and I live in Japan.

The shop is easy to use, and the shipping time is moderate.\nFor my grj78 it is not possible to by any spare parts in a local shop, they have also to buy it, so i have to wait anyway ;-)

I bought this for a Dom Rep-sold 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback. This part does not fit for US models, and the local rep is not sourcing this part already. It is a big relief to be able to source parts from you. The graphical parts manual is invaluable.
