Great experience with them. Part came quickly. Will be using MegZip for parts for my 2006 Suzuki for as long as I can keep her running.\n My dog is super happy she can stick her head out of the window again now that we got her a new window motor/regulator.

Great supplier, genuine parts. Careful with quantities, though!

The parts are perfect and appear genuine in all detail. Shipping times are reasonable. Customer support is great in my experience.\nThe only downside: quantities are sometimes not clear. I ordered some screws thinking the quantity was the one indicated on the diagram, and ended up receiving one screw of each. Bottom line, I had to place a second order and pay shipping fees again, which are substantially higher than the cost of the screws.

Understanding and accept consignment delay due to C19, everything was all good however one item in the consignment was faulty and your staff made every effort to ensure that a satisfactory resolution was impossible.

Part was good. I have two problems though:\n\n- I was not told beforehand that the cheap shipping option is not available because of the coronavirus which forced me to use the more expensive option.\n\n- The staff were helpful, however they couldn\u0027t verify the part visually but only by part number and VIN
