Took weeks to get, shipping was a scam by seller. Almost 30 bucks to send soemthing the size of a nickle. \n\nYou\u0027ve lost any future business

The site was very comprehensive and had all the parts you could possibly need. Communication was quick, precise and very efficient which made dealing with then a breeze.

Low-balled into paying extra delivery cost

Their base part prices are great. Shipping is \u0022ok\u0022. However their website only calculates shipping based on weight. If the volume exceeds a certain ratio, they send you an email a few days later saying \u0022pay the difference\u0022 and this delays the whole order and made it cost more than it would have cost to get parts locally.\n\nEDIT: Thanks for the reply, Megazip. No doubt the pandemic has put pressure on, however the fact that the website only calculates by one method, but then your warehouse calculates by another doesn\u0027t give your customers confidence that the final price on your website is indeed final. Even if you had a range of \u0022expect delivery to cost $20-$40\u0022 for example, this would help your customers evaluate whether to proceed.
