It was much easier than I expected although I struggled with how to answer some questions. Overall a surprisingly good experience.

It is pretty easy

It is pretty easy, just answer the questions in the formula and send in asked documents. But i think the prices for visa is way to high.

Fast but slightly costly service

Very fast service, but €20 for sending you a pdf-file is a bit excessive. Instructions are clear.

improvment required

although the process is good...it lacks some further guidance in terms of when do you need a double entry visa voucher ...if you apply for a double entry voucher it should be made clear to the applicant that the itenerary for double entry is to specified mandatorarily and only to specific destitatiions (finland, estonia, hungary) during the double entry...

Response was quick

Response was quick. Very good.\nBut still I don\u0027t receive Visa.\nTherefore I don\u0027t know that the document was ok ore not.

UNABLE TO PAY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ORDER PROCESS

Peter Опубликовано 13.08.2019

The process was excellent until the stage where it came for ‘Payment’ when each option I pressed to pay came up blank. Tried in a number of occasions and in different devices.\nA ‘reminder’ e-mail to pay came through when I was then able to pay via that e-mail.\nDisappointing that I couldn’t complete the transaction in one smooth operation like it should have been.\nI was about to seek an alternative provider for invitations when that e-mail reminder came through.\nThis needs to be sorted out and fast.
